The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. My kids none smoking room smelled good. The location is great and near a lot of restaurants and stores.

I didn't like the fact that the smoking room we had smelled like a pack of cigarettes. It also had me smelling like a big time smoker. I don't smoke but the person with me did. I had to re clean the room and spray room fragrance ever few times. We only needed to stay a day so it wasn't a big deal. The address giving on the booking site verification email is wrong. It takes you to someone's house. We had to look up the hotel by name and be rerouted a couple minutes away.

Very clean, great location right off 64. Lots of restaurants and Walmart close by. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

Phone kept ringing in the middle of the first night but when I answered it was just static. Other times it would ring once and stop then 5 min. Later do it again. Happened 4 or 5 times. Did it once during the day the next day as well. I unplugged the phone problem solved. Bathroom door didn’t lock small inconvenience.

Location is immediately off the parkway- this was very convenient as we traveled a lot in the area! Staff were incredible! Super nice and very helpful-even when we had a couple of inconvenient requests! Hands down one of the best stays we have had in a while.

The pool was closed but we honestly didn’t even realize we booked a place with a pool until we arrived so this was not a huge deal for us.

The room was nice new bed new table/desk also new in tables and lights ...... New microwave and mini fridge the ac and heater worked good new counter top and sink the TV was a good size 42 in new towels and blankets new sheets and pillow cases the workers and new owners were nice way more comfortable and way more clean than the previous owner kept the place

There's no do not disturb signs for ur door and an ice machine that worked would be nice to have access to

The couple in charge of the place are wholesome and uplifting. The employees come from all different backgrounds with extraordinary stories to tell. Yes, it's no 5 star motel. Though, the energy, effort, and genuine caring vibes make you feel at home. Thank you guys for such an amazing look into human existence.

The bed sheets and pillows smell like sweat. It's disgusting, I had to get a plastic bed protector to sleep. Besides that everything is great. But the smelly sheets are a deal breaker for me

The staff has done an excellent job at addressing concerns that I raised in a previous visit. The room was clean and supplied with all necessary items. My room is always on the back side, which I enjoy because it's very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were really no problems!

First room door knob was sticking needs replaced and found wet mattress. Desk clerk promptly gave us another room and we found nothing wrong with it

Breakfast was not the greatest but I don’t eat that anyway

The location was perfect for my needs and parking was good. The room was good for the price.

I think I may have seen a roach. A bug with antenna's was above the bathroom door way when I was getting ready in the morning. I just pray I didn't carry any home with me.

Didn’t eat breakfast. But the location was perfect cause I was stranded and work and it was close to my work so I really didn’t have to travel far.
