The desk staff was very helpful. She saw I was on crutches and was able to move us to a first floor room. We had tried to follow u with our online booking by calling, but there was no answer. After several attempts calling, we texted. Upon arriving, we informed the desk staff of our attempts. She stated others had said that they too had tried to call in. She said the home had not rang.

The handicap shower was great. But it allowed water to drain out onto the floor of bathroom. We used dirty towels to soak up water off tile to keep from slipping.

Carol at the front desk was amazing! She definitely put a smile on our faces and was very helpful. The location had plenty of things for us to do. Y'all definitely have to check out Billy Bob's Wonderland! The hotel was quiet and we were definitely able to relax!

Housekeepers missed some things. Light over the bathroom mirror didn't work and the pool was being drained. It is after Labor Day though 😅

The staff members were so friendly, even at 2am. The value you get here is fabulous for the price. Comfortable, clean, and has a spacious mini-fridge! Also, one of the desk workers helped me get a plastic spoon from the locked kitchen when I needed one. Maybe it was a small thing for him, but it really helped me out! In fact, all the employees we interacted with here had such a positive attitude.

Although we heard great things about the breakfast, the person who checked us in accidentally told us the weekend breakfast hours instead of the weekday hours and as a result we missed the Monday morning breakfast. It was an honest mistake and I should have double checked the hours listed on the wall or on this app to verify, but it was a little disappointing nonetheless. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If we ever pass through the area again we would definitely book this same location.

We were reimbursed 36.00 on our stay d/t ants/leaky air conditioner, not much but better than nothing. The manager was super prompt and apologetic about my card being charged twice and had it corrected within 2 dAys after I discovered it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Pool is great!

One room had ants and the other room had a leaking air conditioner. I was billed through Booking.com then my card was charged again after arrival.

The manager, donna , made my stay so comfortable that she has got to be the sweetest person I have ever met motel is lucky to have her please let her know she is a wonderful person we even stayed an extra night with the motel because of her she deserves an award or a raise hope you get to see this donna I will be back to stay again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved everything really enjoyed the stay. Everything was great. All the staff was so helpful and sweet this motel deserves an award for friendliest motel felt like I was home

Amazing breakfast ! Loved the location ! The key cards stopped working a few times and I had to keep going to the front desk to get them reactivated. Everyone was nice about it but one man seemed super annoyed by it and didn’t even say a word to me. Just huffed and puffed lol. But other than that it was nice!

Lots of stuff around it, easy to find, extremely kind staff above and beyond, breakfast included

Beds could have been bigger and I wish the tv offered more stuff like Netflix or Soemthing else. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal it was a place to sleep and the staff exceptional

We're on our way to western Kentucky to help rebuild houses for the victims of the tornado from December 2021. It's close to the highway on our trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good.

There was no ice. None of the ice machines were working. I like to have ice water since the water doesn't taste very good. I like to let the ice melt and drink that water. There was a lot of noise, like a party in the hall around 2 AM. I know the staff couldn't help that, but it was very annoying and then I couldn't get back to sleep.

The staff was excellent the gentleman who worked the front desk was very helpful and friendly

Booking.com booked our stay for a different weekend so if it wasn't for the gentlemen working the front desk I don't know what we would have done

The Staff! The lady at the front desk was amazing! She made the experience the best I have ever been! I will always be happy and grateful I stayed at Best Western in Huntington, WV!

I loved my experience so there is nothing that comes to mind.
