Our stay exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying again when we can sleep more and have no schedule. This was the last leg of our 6 day SCHLEPP across the country with our Service Dog, our cat, a large moving van and a car trailer in tow... We were definitely NOT your usual guests! The support and regard for our situation definitely created the best first impression of our new home's region we could have imagined. The property is very well kept and a wonderful getaway -- our two day stay was reward motivation for reaching our destination and waiting out the finalizing of our new home. We only wish ALL of our stays were as nice as this was

Our stay here was for only one night and it was perfect. Ric was extremely welcoming and provided us with a lot of information surrounding the property; places to eat, things to do/see, etc. The fridge was stocked with mini water bottles, a coffee machine & mugs, wine glasses, and solo cups. Room & bathroom were exceptionally clean and set up perfectly. We utilized the hot tub (super clean) on the deck and it was beautiful. The bed & pillows were 10/10 comfortable. Will definitely be on the lookout for this property again next time we visit!

We enjoyed our stay - Ric was a great host. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay as we drove through Huntington. The location was perfect and it was set on a pretty property. The bed was so comfortable and we paid to use the jacuzzi. It was perfect for a chilly night. It was also located right outside the Room C entrance…just a few steps from the room to the jacuzzi. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves driving through again.

The host was excellent and hot tub was amazing.

The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the log cabin feel inside the room as well.

It was too close to the main road. You could see the Speedway sign through the windows, glowing at night. If there was another curtain panel or set, to block out the light. They make light/ noise blocking curtains. Noise level was ok once you had the tv on or music playing.

The room was warm, cozy, comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. We were also very close to downtown Huntington so it was easy to go in town for dinner and breakfast.

The sink was hard to use because the water came out too close the back of the sink, and the cold water wouldn't turn on strong enough to cool off the hot water.

Location, price, its quirkiness, explicit driving and parking instructions. Ric was very responsive. He had all amenities down to card games and books. His posted notice of things to do close by was helpful. Sitting under the pavilion in the rain was lovely. I'm sure the firepit would be wonderful in the fall. The grounds were well kept and night time lighting was fun.

Needed a hook in bathroom for hanging towel, robe, etc

Nice little place to stay. Clean with a lot of nice outside areas to sit and relax. Host is very friendly and accommodating.

Could use a little stand or table by the sink in our room A. Would be nice to place your toiletries on that as the sink doesn't have a good place to put them.

The location of the cabin is excellent, rural solitude while being only a few miles from town. Ric has an eye for detail, from the motion activated lighting throughout the property to the expertly created outdoor leisure areas, would highly recommend!

Price, tv, roku nice, but no guidance for how to use all the features so we watched Family Feud for 2 hours and turned the tv off. Cute little room

Little to no communcation with staff, text only, very inpersonal, clean room with bathroom, its nothing like the picture, room is like staying in cruise ship room, small and tight, could hear other occupants living in the house mere inches away on other side of door, gap under door that separate room from other part of house there was a hottub. JACUZZI 3 FEET from door i wanted to use it for 20 minutes only. Pool was non operational was told it would cost me..20 dollars more, it appears to me, as a Swimmingpool changing room. changing room, but it was a place to crash after Travis Tritt Concert.
