The location was perfect for me. My room was very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was very good.

A member of the staff had to come fix the TV. (Apparently, other guests bring devices and hook them up to the TV but they don't put the settings back prior to checking out.)

The staff was very courteous. The room was very clean, especially towels and linens. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had fridge, microwave , ironing board, etc. Plenty of parking and great location with a restaurant and gas station next door. The continental breakfast was very nice and they had an elevator. Checking in and out was easy!!

The room wasn't ready for check in at 3pm as promised. The bathroom was small, you had to shut the door to be able to move around in it.

There wasn't enough food left for us to eat. Location was perfect 👌

Room needed good cleaning! The kitchen floor was sticky 😳 and I sat on couch and a water bottle popped out from underneath with red liquid residue in it YUK and really behind furniture really needs dusted and vacuumed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever was needed, breakfast was good and something different every morning

I didnt like having a room on the first floor people staying above us was loud (which really was no fault of the hotels)

Very clean,the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

Need more plug-in outlets for chargers. Need space to put bathroom soaps,lotions,etc.... the room could also use a second large mirror in the tv/ bed area.

The gentleman who checked me deserves a raise! As well as the evening shift front desk. I didn't catch either of their names but they were both exceptional employees that went above and beyond in every aspect. They were more than welcoming after our first hotel didn't meet our expectations and we had to switch. I had my 4 year old little boy with me and from the minute we walked in and they asked if he wanted to pet the dog (a beautiful grey poodle, service dog I assume) he loved it! The outdoor patio outback is so welcoming and peaceful.

The pool is actually available unlike many other hotels we have stayed at and was exceptionally clean! Additionally, the staff were friendly and eager to help!

Room was nice and clean beds where comfortable.

The hot tub was closed. And breakfast was OK nothing great. Last morning had to wait on eggs and sausage. And no apple juice for kids.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was well kept and for the most part clean. Very conveniently located with a 24 hour gas station and waffle house within walking distance.

Bathroom tile was sticky, especially near the toilet. It was not enough to complain to front desk but was definitely noticeable
