The staff was great and very friendly.

Check in was at 3 and we sat for over an hour for our room to be cleaned. After a half hour we went to see if it was ready but it still wasn’t. I asked if someone could go clean our room since we had driven a while and I’m in a wheelchair. She got someone to clean in after another half hour. There was 4 of us and only 3 towels in the room. We asked for at least 1 more but was told all the towels were gone. We went to the pool and all those towels were good also. There were kids in the pool running and doing canning balls. Throwing balls that hit us in the head. We ask the moms if they could control this situation and the mom said No. I don’t want to control them. We had enough at that point and left.

Very nice, clean, spacious room. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good for a generic continental breakfast.

Indoor pool was extremely cold. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool; unfortunately it was so cold we didn't get past our knees and went back to the room. Lobby coffee was also cold no matter what time of day you got it. Apparently they only do "cold".

Location is great. It's easy to find. It's an easy drive to our family's house

Two things: First, there is no vent in the bathroom. The entire room is humid after everyone's shower. Second, there is only the thick, heavy duvet and a sheet. There is no light blanket. It seems all hotels do this. I can either swelter under the duvet or freeze with just the sheet!

Staff was nice and pleasant. Room seemed to recently remodeled but had a slight odor to it.

This was out of their control but the remodel was messy on our floor and confused the delivery driver when I had food delivered. The breakfast was really good but it seemed like the one person trying to work it could not keep up with everything. I sat and waited almost 30 minutes for coffee that morning.

I was totally happy with the welcoming of my 2dogs? Price for my overnight was in my opinion was higher than expected but the treatment of my dogs made it easier to take the price. Breakfast was good parking was a little challenging since my rig was approaching 40’ in length and with the shipping containers in the parking lot made it harder to keep my rig safe and out of the way

They gave us a handicap accessible room, which was fantastic for our family of 5. expecially since our teenage boys don't like sharing a bed. we had the extra room for the air mattress's. plus they had a hot chocolate/tea/coffee bar open all day

bathroom door didn't latch properly so anyone could push it open easily

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No issues. Would stay again.

Not a big deal at all, but it took me far longer than I would have liked to figure out where the guide channel was on the tv. It was 1. Most systems I've seen don't have anything on 1 for some reason. Maybe a little sign? ...and someone dropped some chips in the elevator that stayed there for 18+ hours. BUT these were MINOR. The room was clean and comfy. Staff nice.

The breakfast was good, especially for my father, who is diabetic and needs a well-balanced breakfast every day!!

Walking in, my father had his oxygen on, and some gentleman was just puffing away on his cigarette RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR. So he had to walk through his smoke to get in the building. IT WAS SO RUDE!!!

The staff( young lady) who checked us in. Very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable.

The pool was freezing. My grandkids were with me so know one could enjoy it as much as we wanted too. We usually swim in the morning before we leave. But couldn't because it was cold. This is why I always get a hotel with a pool for the grand kids. That was very disappointing! 🥲

Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Excellent breakfast staff very friendly breakfast staff and she was very cheerful brightening our Christmas morning!

We had a late checkout which was not communicated to the staff so we were contacted in the morning repeatedly about checkout time being 11:00 but our checkout time was 1:00pm
