The operators were very polite, and it was very cozy. i liked waking up to the foggy mountains on Sunday. peaceful.

~tip: if you have to wake up and shower and you want to save time, let the shower run for 5 minutes before you get in. it takes a while to warm up. it doesn't get as warm as I like however it is nice and warm

Was told at check-in we had to do a $50 CASH deposit that would be returned in full the next day at checkout. It was legit and we got it back...BUT no receipt was given, which made us nervous. We thankfully had enough money, but was thinking how not everyone carries that much cash. The man was nice, but it was a little off- putting.

The staff was very friendly and overall the stay was very nice the rooms were very clean

It is very easy to get to and is close to a lot of stuff

They need coffee pots in the rooms

kinda tricky to find in the dark. not their fault but there's a lot of traffic work around the area making it hard to get to unless you pass it up a couple of miles and turn to get to the exit
