The room was very nice and comfy. Enjoyed the free breakfast very much. Maybe extend it until 10 or 10:30! The swimming pool and hot tub ok, but the water in the pool was cold but I guess that just made the hot tub feel that much better! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Breakfast hours didn't seem long enough considering our stay consisted of over night hours before we could go back to our hotel.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room clean and comfortable. Staying here made a difficult time easier for me, my granddaughter was born and she had some complications, the staff was very accommodating and thoughtful.

The bathtub was a little slippery when wet, could use non slip strips.

The location, the willingness of the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness. Susan was wonderful and helped with a cooking issue. Andrea was tending the breakfast area. She was very friendly, kept the food filled, cleaned each table immediately after use. The cleanliness was impeccable.

I like the waffles, bacon and orange juice.

While eating breakfast another guest came in only with boxer briefs on (nothing over the briefs), no socks or shoes on their feet and last but certainly not least they were coughing and sneezing all over the food!! So much so, I didn't finish my breakfast or get anymore. The breakfast attendant did say something to them but it was please go put on some clothes it was people are upset with all of you coughing and sneezing over the food!!

The young lady, (I can’t remember her name) that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We asked where we could have a sit down dinner and she gave us a couple of answers and addresses so we could put in the GPS. Also another employee helped us decide which floor would be best. Both are assets to the hotel.

The morning and evening staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Gave me perfect directions on where I wanted to go. The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean. I would definitely go back when I in the area for business.

Was so tired didn't ask how to use privacy screen so I slept with it open. Maybe a little sign on how to work them. :)

Jimmy, at the front desk, he is the best. We look forward to seeing him every time we stay, all of the staffs excellent. The pool looks nice with the new paint job. The improvements over the last few years look wonderful. The one place I feel comfortable to stay while visiting the area.

The room was good - bed was comfy, clean and had plenty of space. The breakfast was reasonable, better than just cereal and donuts. The location was convenient.

Would be nice if the pool was open a little later.

Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

The pool/hot-tub area was cold. The hot tub felt more like a “Luke warm tub”. The vending machines lacked variety and were not convenient to get to. No ice machine on 2nd floor.

The room was large and exactly as described! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast is great, facilities and room was very clean! It is convenient to Downtown and Mall! The location is also fantastic because next to gas station, beside an Arby’s, Taco Bell and Bob Evans Directly across the street and also a Wendy’s! I stayed there also with just my teen daughter and it felt very safe and comfortable! We have stayed multiple times and are returning to stay again in December!

There is honestly nothing, it is an older, smaller hotel and may get over looked but, in my opinion, is a hidden gem, rooms are lovely as the Hilton for half the price!
