it breakfast was ok. They served limited amounts of food and would get more if you asked.

The location is across the street from an active train track. You have to sign a disclaimer about the noise. They are coal trains to the power plant. There was no one at the desk. We went around the back and found a number to call and finally the attending came. We don't get a receipt as the person in the breakfast room was the same one to check you out.

Room was clean and comfy...

The guy answered the phone as I went to check in had to ask him to hang up and talk to me so I understood what was taking place.... I did and said it was the owner and apologized.. not telling me the password to wifi just seems like he was busy thinking what the owner told him...

I love this place. It's like a little hide away. The staff are really nice. It's always very clean. My son and grandson live close by. One in Huntington and one near Chesapeake.

I wish restaurant's were closer. It's difficult to get in the ones in downtown.

Bed was rock hard, room needed updates. Walls were patched but not painted. Wall outlet for sink was scary loose.

The gentleman checking us in was very nice and welcoming. I made a mistake in my booking and he helped me fix it with no complaint.

I was a little disappointed that there were no USB ports for our phone chargers, but we understood.
