The entire appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The walk-in shower was spacious with great water pressure. The room has excellent amenities including a large television with a wonderful selection of channel offerings. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was quiet and in working order. Breakfast dining was very clean, well organized, with a variety of hot and cold food options. Overall, we had an EXCEPTIONAL stay.

Room was nice and clean. I was there for nearly a week for a family funeral. Was there longer than I had planned. They extended the stay without any issue and even gave me a bereavement discount. (I didn't taste the breakfast so I can't comment on it)

The bed was just slightly uncomfortable for me. I like my bed more on the firmer side and there's were more to the softer side, but that's literally the only knock I can say about my stay

It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I also bought a few sodas from their market and they were very reasonably priced.

We only had 2 towels in the bathroom. Granted we only stayed for 1 night, but it would have been nice to have a fresh towel for our morning shower. But this is nit picking. I'm sure if I would have went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels they would have been provided. I was just being lazy.

The location was very good. It was centrally located, and very close to the entertainment, shopping and restaurant venues. This was our second stay here and it was as wonderful as the first.

The only down side was that they very limited dining room seating. We ate a little later to avoid the crowds. The hotel was filled to capacity.

Clean hotel, real breakfast and not the prepackaged stuff. Orange juice and apple juice tasted store bought and not like other hotels that have a weird cardboard taste. Staff was very friendly and the Mexican restaurant next door was tasty!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe and comfortable there. The new rooms are very nice. Bed was very cozy. love the amenities in the bath.

Instructions needed for the TV remote and would love lighting options in the bath as i use that for a night light. Over all an excellent experience.

The doors to the rooms had smudge marks and gave the appearance that it may be dirty. If you used a magic eraser to tidy up the doors, it will go a long way in improving the looks. First impressions are everything

Pool has hour restrictions. There is no lifeguard on duty EVER so this should not be restricted like it is. *Maybe change your rule “from sunrise to sunset”. I love to wake up early and take a swim. At like 7-730, not 9am.

The air conditioning was very cold I liked the shampoo, conditioner and lotions that were in the shower snd bathroom. The shower had good water pressure and it was always hot. The free breakfast was nice

The lobby looked generic and made the hotel look like a low budget hotel

It's highly visible, easily accessed, and conveniently located to all the area has to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to sample the breakfast but to no fault of BW.

I have no complaints. All staff was courteous and helpful, and all amenities were sufficiently met.
