We went to Chicago and stayed overnight, looking for an affordable option with good reviews, I must say that everything is really at a very good level. The room is clean and cozy, a large royal bed with a comfortable mattress, lots of towels and shower accessories, everything is clean and fresh. The staff were very kind and helpful! Thank you very much!

The floor was clean, but for some reason the shoes stuck to the floor, I can assume that this is a floor cleaner.

Room was large and clean, decor was very nice. Everything in the room work. The staff was very friendly Breakfast was decent, I never had chocolate waffles before - that was a bit different

Just a personal preference - I love a nice firm mattress, and this mattress was medium to soft

Great staff and very friendly. I enjoy the stay.. Close to restaurants and anything else you would need. The area is quiet at nite and the hotel is as well. Lots of free parking. I'll be back next time I'm visiting the area.

was in the middle of updating so elevator was out of order. have very noisy family nearby still screaming and running around at 1am I called front desk and they immediately quieted them down

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, free-flowing drain and a non-skid tub floor), lots of vanity space around the sink, loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), excellent price. Crystal at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Had to close the bathroom door to reach the sink. Dirty carpet on the stairs and in the hallway. No elevator.

The room was nice, could've used a bit more cleaning around the edges, but bathroom and rest of the room were nice.

The breakfast was lacking. The biscuits were hard, juice machine wasn't working nor was there any coffee. The waffle batter was also about out. Saw several other guests disappointed when they saw the selection.

Breakfast good. Biscuits could have been cooked a little longer. I like mine brown. The location was just find for us. Right off & then right on the interstate.

The breakfast bar could have been better. The gravy for the biscuits was too thick and had no flavor. There was no salt or pepper anywhere. Eggs would have been a nice addition. Most places we stay have eggs, bacon and fried potatoes. We don't eat sweets which is mostly what they had.

The day manager and staff was excellent, the breakfast was good and it was the " rock the country " concert weekend so it was very busy

Location. Night staff was friendly. Great parking for trucks with trailers. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Hallways smelled of old cigarettes. Could have had more bedding.
