I traveled with family. TownePlace was the only hotel in the area that could accommodate my entire family in one room. All other were going to require us to book two rooms. Furthermore, TownePlace was more affordable. The price I paid for the quality of stay was amazing. The facilities were clean and modern. Our children utilized the pool and really enjoyed it. My gf and I relaxed by the outdoor fire place and used the fitness center. Both were enjoyable. We all enjoyed the free breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was excellent. Love having real breakfast options like eggs and meat. Love having coffee available all hours of the day. And conveniently located to all of our destinations.

We were disappointed that the heating element went out on the pool, but no one's fault. Stuff happens! Definitely would rather have the handicap accessible room with its different layout.

Our room was clean and the chairs out front and the patio out back was nice

The pool wasn’t open when we went to go swimming with my grandkids which was one feature we had planned our trip around. It was when we first got there but a couple of hours later it was closed for some mechanical problem. They did send us across the street to another hotel to swim which was nice but I was still upset about it. The breakfast was okay at best. No bacon and the sausage links were so dry and weird like nothing I had ever seen. I got one to try and had to spit it out, they were disgusting.

Lobby was spacious with a lot of seating; Clean and welcoming. Well working elevators is always a plus. The room was nice a spacious which is perfect for our 2 year old. Beds were comfortable. Pool is 24 hours.

Wish the pool was heated. Pool room was nice and warm, but the water was cold.

Great place,very clean. Great free continental breakfast. Staff is always very helpful and quick to respond to your needs. Safe area but should probably have some kind of lot patrol from time to time and assistance to single patrons checking in late and struggling with luggage. But really a great place on all other levels.

Lack of late night lot security besides cameras if there are or aren't any.

The location was great, easy to get anywhere. It has several restaurant's nearby with Tudor's Biscuit World a great choice.

The ice machine on the 4th floor was not working, and the pillows need replacing, most are flat.

We love the layout of the room we got. We also loved the way that there’s a 24 hour pool so you can swim anytime. Everything was clean nice and really felt like home.

Only thing I could say that I didn’t like was the breakfast was not as good as I would like to have been

The service was exceptional. The location was good, restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was very clean, my grandkids enjoyed. The breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious.

The couch sits low, making it very hard for those with knee or leg problems to sit or get up. Furniture needs to be updated.

the chair upholstery chair that was in the room was really dirty. all kinds of stains on it. it was a little gross and off putting. needless to say did not touch it. The location of this place is really an eyesore. you would never even THINK that this building would be where it’s located

Really had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staffs are very respectful and had wonderful smiles on their faces. Breakfast was really good. Traveled from out of town on my birthday.
