The room was very clean. The color choice was flattering & comforting. It definitely stood out compared to the normal white, beige, brown, and gray. The patio with a fire and rocking chairs was super cute. The view on the patio was gorgeous. The breakfast options were some of the best I've seen at a hotel, and the breakfast bar was very clean. They even had nondairy milk for the cereal & coffee! The pool and gym both seemed very inviting, and had my stay been longer, I would've spent more time in the pool and working out. The nighttime front desk staff were very friendly, which was much needed at 10 pm after 7 hours of driving. Overall, I couldn't be more grateful that my partner and I found this hotel on our road trip.

I review this location at every chance. I have never had a bad experience here and I feel I’ve been here two to four times a year for many years and it is always consistent goodness. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Recently I’ve experienced a great start to my stay with Jessica. As someone in management roles, do not lose her and do your best to help her rise in your organization. She is an example to her peers in customer service with a bright and enthusiastic attitude. Amazing to experience first hand. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean and I e enjoyed every stay. Sadly, my needs have changed and I will no longer be passing through Huntington, but they have earned my recommendation to anyone who is headed that way. Thanks for many great nights at the property!

Brunch at 11 would be nice!

It is always clean and comfortable, I stay every year, twice. It is the halfway point to my family in NC and my home in Chicago. The noon check out is helpful after long drives and the staff is always accommodating and welcoming. I love staying here.

As I’ve said, I stay 2-4 times a year, this is a new-ish facility and it’s starting to show its age in places that if addressed sooner than later, would keep it fresh. I stayed in 124 this time. The toilet wobbles like the bolts are loose on the flange, there is old caulking around the base of the toilet where it had once been caulked. The plastic strip at the bottom of the shower door is moldy inside that clear strip, and the overhead light in the bathroom did not light. Some of the exterior recessed lights in the 1st floor soffits were not lit or flickering. Those are small things, otherwise, the place is immaculate!

The people and staff are the best asset at this facility, Jessica should be on an upwards trajectory for your organization, this is a person that deserves to be recognized. She is competent, knowledgeable, friendly and every time I stay, I get a welcoming feeling. Don lose this one!

My only comments I’ve made before, the building is beginning to show its age, everything is so exceptionally clean that when is see mold forming in cracks in the caulking in the showers, it makes me want to hire a caulking guy to make it look new again.

Nicely appointed, clean room. The woman working the front desk on Thursday (8/14) evening was so nice and gave us a room with a stunning view. Hotel is right off the highway but close to downtown Huntington. Several eateries at the bottom of the hill that it sits on. We were traveling with our small dog and there was ample room outside for him to use and waste bags were provided. Probably the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel is very clean, breakfast is very good, people are very friendly. The hotel sits on top a hill with beautiful views from their out door patio. There is a bob evans, taco bell, arbys and wendy's all right by the hotel. Their prices are very good and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is small and very cool but the hotel is very nice.

Pool could be alot warmer, its very cool, other than that, eveything is fine.

Convenient to the Marshall gym

The room didn’t get very cool. It was set on 66 and it was only getting down 71. And it was very cold and I slept with no blankets on and that’s not normal. Also I was trying to take my 7 month old son to the pool but the water was so cold. But the room was 81 degree.

The location and the hotel was clean

That was the only person on the staff who was kind. I called to notify that I was going to check in late, and the lady who answered the phone was supposed to call me back because they could not find my reservation, but she never did. Only one guy, once I came, was kind.

We liked the convience of being close to the interstate. We also liked the balcony overlooking Huntington. We liked the workout area as well.

The breakfast was subpar. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the sausage was greasy and tasted very processed. There wasen't much veriety in the cooked foods. Fresh eggs would have been better.

Very modern decor. Nice in bathroom, shower and tub combo which I love, nice luxury bath products. Very quiet room as per request and staff very friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom had mold issues in sink area. Noticed it while I was brushing my teeth . It was in a hole in the sink in bathroom . No coffee in room despite their being a coffee maker and no flavored creamers in lobby like they usually have .
