Very attractive lobby and breakfast area. The people at the front desk were friendly and really professional. They acted like they actually cared about addressing us respectfully and made sure we knew that they would be able to be reached all evening for any questions. They also had a luggage cart that was small and easy to operate but held a lot of stuff!

I can’t think of a single improvement except perhaps having 3 bath towels instead of two. That way you always have a clean towel for washing hair. Also, most hotels could use more towels racks and hooks for damp clothes. Pretty minor things.

Everything was clean, Couldn’t hear the other guests at all. The Pool was a nice bonus!

The tub was dripping and was half full of water when we got there, There where only two towels and one elevator was broken the whole trip.

Granddaughter liked the pool, even though she had to wait till after dinner to get in. The beds were very comfy. The TV had an issue, I think the remote needs batteries, it kept getting stuck on one channel and wouldn't move for a while The free hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise, saved us 50.00 from having to go out to eat

The only issue we had was the shower/bath controls were jammed and could not regulate water flow. The desk clerk was gracious to move us to another room.

Comfortable bed

Housekeeper left our room door unlatched before we arrived. Eggs at breakfast could be better - tasteless. We booked a roo. With king and sofa bed. There was no sofa bed.

The breakfasts in Hampton & similar hotel are very ‘carbohydrate’ heavy; breads, muffins, waffles, pancakes, potatoes, etc. How about fruit, eggs, nuts, etc. Snack prices somewhat high. Road to this hotel was full of pot holes, every direction👎

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. Also, the continental breakfast is delicious. All this at an affordable cost.

breakfast could have been better. Fruit was old. Potatoes weird taste. One of our beds sounded terrible when you moved. I think it's broken.

Well, I booked my reservation thru booking.com and when I booked it, it said my total was $102 but when I checked n it was $122 I didn't understand why when all the other times and places I've used booking.com when it said a total that was it.

1. The price changes. 2. If u stay more than a night and want ur room serviced u need to tell them, but they don't tell u that u need to tell them.i felt that they really didn't want to service ur room but if u make a stink about it they would clean it. 3. They knew we had 3 people in our room and we only got 2 wash clothes.
