Breakfast was average, not bad just average. All the items in the chaffers, except the potatoes and eggs, were overdone, biscuits and sausages especially. Orange juice was poor quality.

When I third party booked, by accident actually, I thought I was booking through the hotel, I said that I had a pet. I received an email, that that was fine and I would not be charged. But at check in, I was told that there was a $50.00 pet fee. I showed the desk clerk the email, and he really didn't care and obviously was not up for a discussion. I paid it, and since my wife is a retired hotel gm, (Choice and Holiday Inn), I am aware of third party booking disputes. Wasn't worth it, I just wanted to go to bed. But, you should make your third party partners aware that they are not able to waive that fee.

I have stayed here 3 times and the accommodations are always above average. The bed and pillows are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast this time had bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, great coffee, and the usual other items. I am a big fan of their breakfast. The lady who keeps it stocked does an excellent job and is very friendly. I will stay there again when I travel up the WV TPK. As a solo traveler, I also feel safe here. Parking lot is well lighted and fenced.

The carpet in the hall by the elevators could have been cleaner. It needs to be shampooed. The weather had been rainy until the day before I was there, so that could have had something to do with it. Hurricane Helene had just come through the area. Carpet in the other halls and the room were clean.

The location was amazing. The upkeep of the new upgrades to the hotel was great. The bar with the televisions an sitting area in the lobby was everything. The bed was soooo comfy cozy, the shower had plenty water pressure an was super duper clean. Great television to watch my Monday Night Football 😁😁

One thing that was kind of strange, was inside the room, the sliding door that covers the hall closet an the bathroom was a tad bit strange. I didn't like that concept but that wouldn't refrain me from staying again. It's definitely not a deal breaker, but just a weird conversion.

This hotel absolutely blew us away! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The value for the price was incredible - we couldn't believe what we were getting for what we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding; it was spotless. Honestly, the overall experience was so fantastic that we think it even surpassed the level of Hyatt Hotels. We liked the breakfast selection and quality, the bar space and bartender, also liked the bathroom space and shower and the toiletries provided, and the blackout curtains. The staff is always friendly. And the room was spacious and clean. We have been here before and will come back again. Love that you recycle! When we checked out, the lady at checkout signed us up for the rewards. She was very helpful.

More towel racks would be helpful. Need to add decaf green tea or herbal tea to the tea selection. The drawer space was limited in the bedroom.

Everything was great. The ladies at the front desk were awesome very helpful and so friendly. We stay here every time we travel that way. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. Loved it all.

The only thing I didn't like was this is a pet friendly hotel. Which is really great for pet owners, but I am very allergic. So I can usually tell when there was an animal in the room and that's at all hotels. It would be nice to be able to get a room that is not dog friendly.

We liked the breakfast selection and the sweet lady that kept it stocked. This was the second time we stayed here this year, and the receptionist at the front desk recognized us. She was thorough and very pleasant. The bartender was very accommodating. The friendliness of the entire staff can not be overstated. We like that the fitness toom is open 24 hours. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We like the value, too. We saw many families while we were there. Love that it was a nonsmoking hotel.

The bathroom mirror light didn't work.

We got to the initial room and had a problem with the TV. Told the staff and they immediately tried to fix the problem. When it was discovered that the TV could not be fixed they moved us to another room. They did a great job. Facility was immaculate and breakfast was great. You can't ask for more then that! We will be returning soon!

Loved modern decor, walk-in shower 🚿, 15-foot ceilings, comfortable bed 🛏️, and larger screen TV 📺. Also, appreciated quiet AC with digital thermostat. Staff was very accommodating, put me in the room on the first floor, so I can store my bicycle into the room. Breakfast was surprisingly good and there was even a bar. Loved that check-out is at noon, can sleep late on the last night.

Barn door into the bathroom would pinch my fingers every time I close it. Mini fridge doesn't have a freezer section. Ice cream that I bought for dinner has melted, even put in a bag of ice.

I had read several of the reviews prior to booking my stay at this hotel. After my stay, I can say that I agree with all the other great comments I read in that the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. I want a shower stall just like the one in my room! I was impressed with my room. The variety of items at the breakfast buffet was quite good. I had a sausage and egg biscuit which was good. The coffee was delicious! I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have already made a reservation for another stay in about a month, and will be keeping this hotel on my list for future trips. One more thing: I felt safe here.

I managed to turn at the right spot to get to the hotel, but it is a little tricky. Had it been after dark, I might have missed the spot. It would help to have a sign to point the way. That is the only negative I can think of.
