The room was fine. It smelled a little "musty" upon entry...and each time I opened the door; but was definitely accommodating. If you add hard boiled or scrambled eggs to the breakfast...I would give it a B+. There were many choices available from bagels, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, peanut butter, fruit, waffles, etc....I wanted to mention that the breakfast was just fine. I noticed some rough reviews before my stay regarding the breakfast. The staff works hard, the coffee is hot, and the selections are more than enough. It was more than fine. Great location! I loved the scenery, wildlife, and proximity to the Arena. The hotel staff is very warm, welcoming, and they aim to please. They are a personable bunch of people who truly focus on customer service....Quality! I have stayed here on multiple occasions, even when the facility was under different names. Levi at the front desk is the catalyst that makes this place tick!! That's obvious to me. Keep him happy, lol as I feel this place would suffer immensely without his guidance and expertise.... I say this as he was paramount in getting my room solidified for the extra 2 days, and when anyone else tried to help me with anything, it always circled back to him to do it for them. lol He seems to be the glue holding this facility together. I will def stay here again!

some eggs and sugar free options at breakfast are all I would ask for as improvements. My stay was great, and the hosts were extremely accommodating in a busy time frame for Huntington hotels with the WVSSAC state wrestling tournament.

The front dest lady was very friendly and helpful as well as the sweet older cleaning lady. The location was close to where I needed to be and they didn't hold us being a bit later against us.

The toilet paper was on the roll underside instead of top side. Honestly, it wasn't bad. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

First time I've ever had a room with a jacuzzi in it. I loved it. I guess they were out of the room initially chose, so they upgraded me at the same price. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely stay again. The only thing that might make the stay a little better is upgraded key card system.

Having to have the keycards reprogrammed .

It was clean and comfortable. Better than super 8 originally owned. The beds were comfortable, only flaw was no one collected our dirty towels or made our room up. So we had to do that on our own

Had to make up our own beds and replace our towels and wash clothes from desk. No one even knocked on door to see if we needed anything

Clean, new fixtures, a beautiful view.

The work out area is closed. They are replacing the equipment as it is all broken. A walk in the treadmill would have been nice after my drive on the WV turn pike. At least the pool was open. The carpet in my room needed to be replaced. There were bleach stains everywhere.

That I booked my room online and was not notified about a deposit until I showed up to check in. I expected to pay what I was told online and when I showed up to pay with cash they said I needed a $200 til I checked out. I wasn’t prepared to pay that upon arrival.

AC unit in the room was extremely noisy. I'm hearing impaired so it was only annoying when my hearing aids were in, so sleeping was fine with my hearings aids out, but someone who hears well would probably have asked for another room.

The people are friendly and the pool and hot tub were great the beds are comfortable and the manager Levi I think it is was awesome when we explained why we needed certain things he didn't make us feel less then like most other hotels we stayed at did he should get a raise or promotion for the way he handles people hes deff a diff breed when it comes to dealing with people who have disabilitys

There's no snack machine and the location isn't great

I was greeted by friendly staff at checkin. Every time i came back to the hotel I was greeted with a happy smile and asked how i was doing. The room was clean and roomy. The hot water was plentiful. The room had a refrigerator and tv.

The room did not have a micro. I had to go to the lobby to use the community micro.

The staff was outstanding, the manager was so kind. He even rotated my laundry and folded it while we attended my son’s concert!! Amazing management!

The last night was alittle tough, nothing on the staff, young kiddos running up and down the hall..
