We didn’t eat breakfast.

The only issue we had really didn’t have anything to do with the hotel itself. The problem was that a group of at least 12 teenage boys who were riding on the electric scooters until around 12:30 a.m. in front of the hotel. We could hear them yelling even from the 6th floor. We noticed they were driving them erratically on the street and over the roundabouts holding up, and slowing down cars, with some having to come to a complete stop. It’s just not a good or comforting look, not to mention a bit frightening if you wanted to get out and walk. We saw them yelling at people who were walking. Also, one boy was kicking something at every tree along the street.

This location is a little way off the interstate, but is well worth the extra few miles. The hotel is just a short walk from the Ohio river and Ashland has a great little riverfront park that is perfect for relaxing after a long day of driving, or after a nice meal in either the restaurants in the hotel or others nearby in downtown Ashland. We were really pleased with the staff as well. We had a minor issue with the TV in our room and they quickly switched us to another room on the top floor and facing the river, so we ended up with a nice view of the river and the bluffs on the far side. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower was great. We'll definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.

They are currently doing some roadwork on the highway into town and also working on the street that the hotel is on. But honestly, it was only a minor inconvenience and something that should be completed soon.

The balcony was great we loved it. Also, the card and the floors were a nice touch for our anniversary, we wife appreciated that so thank you. We would have taken them with but we leave the country on Monday.

I was suprised that the bed didn’t have good sharp corners. We ve never stayed in a Marriott hotel before so it might be the norm idk- was just suprised to see it like that.

We've stayed at this property multiple times and it's always wonderful. The staff are always so nice and we love the upstairs bar/restaurant area! Great food and the best happy hour. Super hot showers and great water pressure. In walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The only downside is they don't have a pool.

Location; quality of facility; cleanliness

Room is a little cramped, also bathroom needs more counter space; there should be a continental breakfast provided for the amount we paid; I would prefer no carpet in the room due to cleanliness issues; at least 1 more nice sitting chair.

Very nice, clean, well maintained facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on the second floor, though we went to one directly across the street because we wanted pizza.

Ice machine. It was a smaller unit, good for drinks. I wanted ice to fill my cooler before I left, the machine did not have the capacity.

Very comfortable beds,pillows,very clean bathroom...having a refrigerator, was a plus,all and all,very nice motel.😊🤗

I just wished there would have been a discount for our stay.My husband had Drs appointments both times,we stayed ,and we travel two and a half hours,to the motel.Travel and food is very expensive,being on a fixed income!!

My wife and I were driving through on our way to the Great Lakes and needed somewhere to stay for one night. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very polite and friendly. And the location was great with a few restaurants and just a great small town feel.

The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly! Madison served our breakfast in the dining room and was absolutely a delight and the food was delicious . silverware was spotty and the floor was sticky. The bourbon bar was a pleasant surprise and the selection of bourbons was incredible. The food choices at the bar were not great. The king size bed was quite comfortable. The tile in the bathroom appeared unclean; although it could have been a design flaw. Generally, the room was clean and inviting.; however, there was a mascara stain on the comforter. The seal around the door to our room was ineffective as a barrier of. light, sound and draft from the hallway.

Great location, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. We enjoyed our short stay for a show at the Paramount. Staff was very welcoming, live music at the Guitar Bar was great for celebrating St. Pattys Day. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean.

The Wifi was just awful. We connected many times and could never get anything to load up. Instead we just used our mobile network, which is fine, but would have liked to use the WiFi at times.
