Staff as very nice and helpful. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I drive a little further to stay hear as opposed to the Hotels in Ashland, KY because it is a better overall experience.

The breakfast has minimal selections for fruit. Bananas are all they offered. Would like to see some healthier alternatives. Fresh fruit and eggs without cheese or dairy in them. Gluten Free, Dairy free, sugar free options. Let’s go. Lead the way in healthy breakfast to start your day with a great meal not loaded with preservatives

We loved the back yard,It was perfect for us. We had our new puppy and she was able to run free with supervision of course. It was stress free and had a relaxing atmosphere. The patio area had comfortable outdoor furniture (sectional type) surrounded by cool string lights. The landscaping was nice and well kept There was also a horse shoe pit and corn whole. Loved, loved, loved!! Oh the indoor pool was open 24 hours! It also had an outdoor patio area to get some 🌞. The rooms were a nice size, the beds and pillows were great and they had DOVE full size products in the bathroom. I accidentally forgot an outfit in the closet and when I returned to get it,they had already packed it up for me and it was waiting at the front desk. Tracy went a above and beyond to assist us when we checked in at 1am. She brought us a luggage cart to our near by door and allowed us to park close to the door. Denna and another young lady whom I didn't get her name were very friendly . I would stay here again and highly recommend it 💯

There was not anything we didn't like.

We really liked the variety of food choices for breakfast and hot foods were hot-that’s a bonus. Also we loved the pool and hot tub. So many hotels don’t offer such amenities anymore. And our room was always well stocked with towels and very clean. Wonderful!

Nice clean room, easy, very friendly check-in, excellent breakfast in terms of options, space, and volume. The rooms are spacious. It is just off the highway and looks to have some walkable eateries.

Really no problems whatsoever, I'm just not used to $150/night for a hotel in small-town America.

Breakfast, coffee, pool was good, close to several restaurants.

A one bedroom has a door on it, a studio does not have a door to the sleeping area just clarifying because the description lists our room as 1 bedroom when actually it was a studio.

Good food, with a good variety. It was, clean, and rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Pool was open 24 hrs so it was nice to wind down after a long drive. I've never been to a hotel where amenities were open all night. Loved it!

Nothing bad to say, everything about this place was exceptional

Comfortable, clean and close to downtown restaurants and points of interest. Courteous, helpful staff. Good breakfast and exercise room.

Loved the hot tub and pool the room was very nice and spacious, everything was great!! Breakfast was good as well.

The beds could be more comfortable

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the lady heading it was very hardworking and kind. The pool is open 24 hours which is very convenient for the late traveler. The pool area also comes equipped with accessibility lifts, a bathroom, and a shower.

The tile in the pool area was very slick. There were also black bits of something in the ice machine.
