The room was really nice and pest free. The breakfast hours should be extended from 6:00am-10:00am instead of 6:00am-9:30am. Overall it was really nice. We will definitely use the motel again in the future.

The pool drain sticks up too high at the bottom of the pool and I watched a little girl smack her foot on it and it cut her foot. My fiancé and my youngest son both smacked their toes on the pool drain as well. The pool water temperature was too cold.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked. The pool was nice.

Our bathroom door was broken and wouldn't lock. The hallways smelled like weed, which wouldn't be a problem other than the fact our kids were with us. The blankets were stained, and the bathroom was greasy.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

We didn’t like that we didn’t have enough time on our trip to try the pool. That is not the hotels fault. We will be back to try it out next time.

Downside NO HOT WATER And when I told the guy at the front desk he was very nonchalant and didn’t even offer to fix the situation So we spent Christmas showerless and quite moody

The only problem I had was the pillows were very uncomfortable for me. They were way to soft. I think there could be little more parking.

you have to walk through smokers outside to get to the parking lot they should be moved further from the front door & the indoor pool was to cold to get in

Pool was cold, but the staff told me a part was on back order. The kids still swam but was not warm like everyone was hoping for. Hopefully will have fixed by states for WV High School Wrestling.

It was ok. We had no hot water for shower. The room was very hot when we got there. No towels no wash clothes or shower curtain was in room had to ask for them. Over all room was clean.

The front desk greeter was excellent and very customer service oriented. That first impression meat a lot.

My key card didn't work on all the doors that it should have opened.
