The breakfast was very basic, but was enough to get us going in the morning. The location was easy to get to. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. She was working the afternoon shift when we got there, and again the morning shift when we left, and must have been tired, but she was pleasant.

They seemed very short-staffed, cleanliness was satisfactory, but not beyond that. The same is true of the breakfast. It was an inexpensive place to stay, and met our expectations for what we paid. We would stay again, if going this way.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean when we walked in. The entrance and exit to the hotel was very accessible and easy to find. Traffic is good and didn't have any issues when pulling out of the hotel. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was subpar. They only had breads, gravy and yogurt. There are a few potholes when pulling into the parking lot.

no low carb options for breakfast such as eggs bacon sausage or lower carb yogurt although husband loved options of gravy biscuits waffle’s regular yogurt honey buns muffins cereal milk and juice no elevator we chose room by stairs so some night could hear multiple people up and down stairs. but room was great otherwise. Great access to door outside for potty our dogs

The property was quiet and clean. The staff was super friendly, and it was very easy for us to get anything extra that we needed as far as towels and other things from the front desk.

It was a bit outdated, but for the price, it was absolutely worth it and provided everything that we needed and wanted.

This room was for our daughter. She said her room was great, but needs to have air fresheners that remove cigarette smell. The staff was phenomenal. She was stranded at the bus station, nobody showed up to pick her up. That left her no place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help her at 3:30am. I was very appreciative. The clerk even thanked her Mom in Ohio for caring so much for her safety and helping her get a safe ride and nice room.

Our daughter said her room smelled like an ashtray and she is a smoker. When she went for breakfast the only thing available was cereal. Still not complaining as she was stranded and your staff went above and beyond to help her in a bad situation.

Who doesn't want more? Could use some pancakes and or waffles. Fresh fruit or small apple pies? Got them at Walmart for 50 cents each. Great coffee, how about hot tea, or hot chocolate in the winter? Summer, large water and ice to go?

It was very tough to travel as the temperature was over ninety and our antique car has no air conditioning! But our room did!! It was great. Extra ice water was also great as we needed it after that day's traveling!

Very friendly staff and incredibly quiet room (which is the most important thing for me when staying Anywhere, noise level). Comfy bed, clean, quiet room, microwave/mini fridge, hot water, staff who seem like friends, and everything I needed to be comfortable.

The customer service is great.

I had problems with my room getting cleaned but once I told the front desk everything worked out.

Very clean room, I felt very comfortable and the staff made me feel right at home. I will stay here from now on when I come to Ashland! I traveled to Ashland to visit with my daughter, it's nice to come to a clean place and get a peaceful night's sleep and take a shower before traveling my journey back home.

I Loved staying at Days Inn! I did not have any problems, and I really appreciate a clean hotel from the front desk to my room where I will be sleeping.

The hotel was very close to highway 64. The beds were comfortable. Outlets by the bed made charging phones easy. Grateful for the fridge in the room. Lots of choices for places to eat near by. desk staff were nice and accommodating. Room was quiet but you could still hear people in the hallway.

Our tv didn’t work. I could get my remote to work on the TV in the lobby but it wouldn’t work in the room. We only got one station. It sucked. The beds were super high. Breakfast stopped at 9 but we were able to get a a quick breakfast in.
