I loved my interaction with Stutee...She was the first one to meet us at reception. Since then, she made our stay memorable and very beautiful, beyond expectations... The services and food are so amazing that I dont have enough words to describe it. My mother was amazed to have such an experience...I would say that Taj will always be my first priority if I will go for any 5 star booking...They just dont serve, they build lifelong bond, wrapped with love and care...The staff was so nice and courteous. I wish I could have stayed for little longer...They have attention to detail and are very very well mannered and managed...Lots of Love to them all....

Beautiful foyer and entrance. Rooms comfortable with individual aircon in rooms. Walkin shower and spacious. Housekeeping on 15th floor were awesome. Everything we needed was provided with a courteous smile and attention. Thank you!!

Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were excellent-thank you! They looked after everything we needed. Freezing cold corridors; foyer and breakfast room. So cold had to wear woollen jumper, scarf and also puffer jacket! 35C outside!! Was so cold we preferred to wait outside rather than in comfortable foyer. We felt invisible to staff unless we asked for something. Then they were helpful. Probably least service we’ve had from our trips to India. It was a surprise!! Prices in foyer coffee shop outrageous!! x3 times more expensive than in Aust. The ‘free’ biscuits were unnecessary-would just have preferred more reasonably priced coffee. For our daily coffee, we preferred to go to coffee shop on corner - excellent service and quality coffe there.

breakfast was excellent and variety was way beyond expectation,our special need s were also catered for .the house keeping team went out of their way at all times.

for a 5 star hotel ,the breakfast area was jam packed and noisy and you kept bumping into waiters and waitresses and being a client they did not extend courtesy of letting you go first. several times we almost bumped into one another. the diner menu was quite expensive hence we went to restaurants very near by (3-5 minutes) with excellent food.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The lobby is spacious and inviting, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The standard rooms are exceptionally spacious and come equipped with all necessary amenities. The air conditioning is strong, the toiletries are of high quality, and the bathroom is generously sized. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mr. Pankaj Kumar from housekeeping, who was particularly helpful and courteous. Although the property is located slightly away from the main areas, everything you need is easily accessible nearby.

This hotel is newish but out of town. It’s clean, tidy, great air conditioning, nice views.

Unfortunately service wasn’t amazing, they don’t respond to booking.com messages, I had to contact them numerous times for an invoice they promised to email. The restaurant is too small for all the guests so there was a long queue for breakfast. Also a proper coffee with almond milk cost 800 INR, $15 AUD, $10 USD. The most expensive I paid in all of India and I also stayed at the Oberoi. I was disappointed that this wasn’t like a 9/10 star kind of stay as I was looking forward to this hotel chain.

I recently had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself is outstanding, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff were incredibly generous and attentive, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated in an ideal area that made exploring the surroundings very convenient. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was simply superb. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, making each morning a delightful start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided an exceptional stay in every aspect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a superb culinary experience.

Lovely ambience and warm welcome on arrival.

We had a breakfast inc offer but had to leave at 5.45am to catch a flight. The front desk informed us the night before that they would provide 3 take-away breakfast bags but they didn’t. Also the night before I wanted the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport and they said they would call my room, they didn’t and we ended up getting an uner that cancelled multiple times. On the first day’s stay evening we called for room service but no one picked up for a long while. In the end I had to take my little daughter downstairs to the restaurant for her dinner. We loved the luxury and peacock theme throughout the hotel. It was clean and absolutely stunning. The staff were amazing right from meeting Rakesh at the front of the hotel along with the wonderful gentleman in the blue outfit who always said ‘namaste’ I didn’t catch his name but he was wonderful. The reception staff brijesh and the a super sweet lady who gave me a small gift as I left, they were all amazing,a true credit to the brand and the hotel.

The bell boys took a little time to come and get your bags. So I’d probably call them in advance if you need them.

The staff were exceptional in their patience and understanding with my requests. The restaurant served excellent food both breakfast & evening meal. I single out Ashish for his unwavering humour & quiet patience in his determination to ensure my good night’s sleep, Niket for his willingness to sort an IT solution when the WiFi was down, and Rausan’s good natured breakfast welcome. They are clearly a significant asset to the Hotel. Thankyou.

Unfortunately the hotel suffers from being quite a way from anywhere interesting, which did mean albeit inexpensive taxi rides, but significant time had to be allowed to reach any destination. My time was also festival time and the exterior accompanying noise into the early hours was significant. Additionally soundproofing between rooms became an issue.

Great service, food and comfort. But somehow, less efficient than usual. This felt like a lesser Taj. To be fair, had we not been regular Taj patrons we would not have noticed the difference. In their defense, there was a wedding taking place and this was adding to the chaos. There was confusion at the initial offloading, our welcome drink went missing, and a mysterious food bill turned up at our room door. That said, it was handled with the usual grace we have come to expect and appreciate from the brand. Check in was subsequently smooth, the welcome drink turned up at our rooms and we never saw the errant bill again. In particular, Vivek at reception was most helpful.
