Excellent service by the entire team of Icon Premier Hotels (Bhagini). Each staff demonstrated quality service and had a commitment towards customer satisfaction. Right from checking in till checking out the staff was prompt, professional and exactly knew how to handle guests. It shows how quality is enforced from the top management. We definitely enjoyed and our stay and hoping to come back in our next trip to Bengaluru. Below are few members that I would like to call out. 1. Deepika Yadav from the dining / restaurant was prompt and welcoming. She ensured that we got what we wanted. 2. Ranjan from the room service team ensured the supplies were replenished before even we requested, this shows management's training to the staff. 3. The front desk was very welcoming and helped us settle in smoothly. We loved our stay and want to express our appreciation to the entire team. Thanks.

I stayed at Bhagini Icon while recovering from surgery at the nearby Sakra World Hospital and it was excellent. Credit especially goes to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Specific praise goes to the security team, restaurant servers, reception staff and housekeeping team who were all very approachable, always smiling and made my stay very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in Bangalore.

On many occasions I witnessed the restaurant manager act very disrespectfully to the waiters and waitresses, which was not nice to see.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the restaurant food was just amazing, I’m comparing to top restaurants in Bengaluru. I had a meal at the Sheraton and at the Leela palace but the icon chef beat them. One regret I didn’t get to tip the chef. If I ever come back I’ll be dining at your restaurant again.

It’s clean and staff friendly, it’s a shame it was close to the road so you may get woken up by the lorry horns in the morning.

I recently stayed at the Bhagini Icon Premier Hotel and was extremely impressed with my experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Sakra World Hospital, which was incredibly convenient for me. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was fantastic - spacious, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and I was pleased to find the room very clean. It was clear that the hotel staff took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of their rooms. Speaking of the hotel staff, I have to say that they were a highlight of my stay. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. Special mention must go to Rudra, who took care of me during my stay - he was always available to answer any questions I had and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also want to mention the restaurant at the hotel. I had several meals there during my stay. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is real value for money , the staff is very cooperative , the rooms are clean and have all required amentities for a comfortable stay. The bset thing is the availibility of taxis, stores and good food around the hotel. The staff is very prompt and helpful.

The location make its a bit noisy as its on the main road , but not enough to cause discomfort.

I would like to appreciate Fathima from front desk for her courteous behaviour. The housekeeping is also very professional and sincere with their behaviour.

I loved the breakfast and dinner spread. Also staff were super helpful and friendly. It made me feel like home. Staff were always smiling and so well mannered. Its the staff that made a difference.

Washroom didn't have a lock though it did have two doors. But a lock is required. Also washroom didn't have enough hangers

Receptionist guy in the evening was courteous and welcoming. Room (type: studio) is of decent size. Free bottled water. Tea/coffee sachets. Bed mattress a bit soft for my liking. Good bathroom with a walk-in shower. Toiletries provided. Disposable slippers provided. Disposable plate and spoon provided. In-room dining menu is decent and not very expensive. Iron/ironing board available on request. Breakfast area on the ground floor. Breakfast items were not very extensive (rather on the limited side for a 4* business hotel) but were good - Paratha, Idli, Cakes, Sandwiches, Masala tea, Poha, Fresh fruits, Smoothie, Pasta etc. Live counters for Dosa and Omelette. Rooftop swimming pool on 7th floor with a nice view of the skyline. Overall good place to stay if your office is nearby
