The location is central, easy access to everything, right opposite MIT campus. . courteous staff, helpful and responsive. everyone here are very very helpful and know their job . neat and clean property. housekeeping does an excellent job the breakfast buffet is superb with a lot of options for both veg and non-veg

Con's . its relatively expensive given the size of rooms and facilities . the gym can be better . the food in the restaurant Cosmos needs to improve a lot. that was the disappointing part of the stay

Excellent location, and the property seems to have undergone renovation recently. So, the facilities and property looked new. Dining is also excellent. Good breakfast spread with local food. The staff also accommodated my request for late checkout which was very helpful

Used transportation for airport pickup/drop off and for local trip. Drivers were quite ok - courteous, careful and professional. But the car provided was quite old. Considering the car, the price charged was not worth it.

I liked everything about this hotel . Every one very responsive and helpful from the security, front desk , housekeeping to dinning resturants. Food is excellent . When ever in Manipal this is the place for me .

Well kept property, sufficient parking, courteous staff. Clean rooms. Very well located, walkable from MIT as well as the hospital. Lots of shopping and many restaurants in the vicinity.

Restaurant is poorly managed. The food is excellent, but service is slow. Buffet items often get over and don't get refilled for a long time. Waiters and servers look busy but are inefficient. The property is just rooms. There's nothing outside like a walking area, etc. No "view", the name of the property is a clear misnomer.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was quite helpful and was always available at a call. The property is recently renovated. The pool is undergoing renovation but it was not a concern. Rooms are very comfortable and cosy.

very accommodating staff

the water they offer in room is from the to plant. no doubt the water is good but the bottles are used and it’s sterilized what the claim but you can find it’s dirty and muddy at the seal which comes in connection to water the caps are not washed it’s old and has accumulated lots of dirt.

- food was good but there is only one restaurant. for the amount charged, there could be couple of options - fairly spacious rooms - friendly staff - provision of fan and aircon were great - very good amenities

- pricey - parking is a pain, the place is narrow and without the security help impossible - no restaurants outside on the side of the hotel - we have to cross the main road

Staff

Breakfast range is limited. The rooms are not sound proof and so we were frequently disturbed during nights due to sounds from the corridor.
