My debit card detail was leaked from the hotel while I pay which leads to fraudulent transaction next day.

This was a memorable stay tha staff the ambience and food everything was perfect, I truly loved being there everyone was so helpful and kind to us. I would like to mention specially the chef's of both restaurants who made everything so delicious chef Saumya and Shweta was really humble and talked with us, the front desk people were so quick and kind I talked with Miss Shree who was so genuine. At spa I met with Miss Ashwini who really took care of my feet after walking miles all day I was so tired and I was afraid if the spa will help but with her careful massage I was really relaxed. The person on gate was truly an angel because everytime whenever we needed an auto even at 3 am he helped us. Truly I am already missing you all and will visit again for sure thank you so so much for making our stay this much lovely and memorable.

There was nothing to not to like but I want to make a suggestion that's please provide some light and fan on balcony as I wanted to sit there at night but couldn't because it was dark and humidity was bothering. Thank you.

They have limited food option but the quality of food was nice, they need to be little proactive in service we had out lunch, Dinner & Breakfast all 3 meals at the hotel. they can offer little more for variety / option in menu that would help as when you eat 3 meals then you would not like to repeat

I was not able to log in to wifi the AC cooling in there Gym as not effect as i did work out so it was very hot, probably they had carried out some maintenance activity so there was some smell as well in the Gym. Room was clean but the foot mat as worn out small things do matter.

We enjoyed the welcoming lobby and the courteous, helpful staff. The pool was clean, and breakfast offered plenty of variety. The bed was comfortable.

The facilities could use an upgrade—for example, the TV is an old model with a digibox and should be replaced with a Smart TV. Dinner at the hotel was expensive compared to nearby options, so we chose to eat at another hotel on the same road. Overall, the price felt high for the facilities offered.

Well behaved staffs

The hotel must ensure it has a proper travel desk and sufficient vehicles available for tourists. During our stay, we were unable to get a hotel-arranged car for our trip to Dhanushkodi and had to rely on a private vehicle, which caused significant inconvenience and unsafe . This impacted our overall experience, and we strongly recommend improving the travel assistance services for future guests.

Generally was satisfactory

Had an unpleasant experience after checking out. I had given them a positive review at check out. We brought down our bags. At the lobby one of the staff took them from us. We assumed that he would bring it out. When our taxi came our bags were not around. We had to go back to hunt for them. The staff had apparently placed it in a corner and just not followed up. We never requested for assistance but once assistance is given it must be completed.

The vast expanse of land in which this property is constructed. Very central in the busy area of the city , but still kept immaculately clean and presentable. Easy access to the Shiva Temple. Good sized Rooms with all amenities.

I cant recollect any thing I could point a finger at, except, when I requested the girl at the reception for carrying a glass bottle of mineral water, outside of the hotel, she refused. I thought it was quite rude.

Very clean, new, modern, with very attentive and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, the bathroom very nice, there was even an iron and ironing board (unusual, in our experience, in India). The dining room had very good food and excellent staff. Service was definitely a notch above many nice hotels, and was really what has come to be expected as 21st century pampering.

Our internet was terrible, because we were at the end of a long hallway (it worked better the closer you got to the door). They sent up a tech person immediately, but he was unable to improve the situation. As we were staying only one night, we didn’t worry about it.

This is an upmarket hotel. It is spacious with many people in hand for help. There is a wonderful gym with a highly trained personal trainer who can give you advice. What an amazing service.

I had some difficulty with some male guests at the pool but this is not the fault of the hotel. And the trainer in the gym is also the lifeguard so I felt safe

Very nice, clean and homely feeling at this hotel. The food was also great as it did not have an overload of spices. Great taste.

The service seemed to be a tad slow, maybe due to scarcity of adequate staff? Otherwise the staff was very courteous and served with a smile
