Friendly staff - very helpful even with the language barrier. Onsen on site and laundry services.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly, and the facilities and location were excellent. The only small thing to note is that the cleaning system was a bit different from what we’re used to — eco-cleaning is a big thing in Japan, so daily cleaning wasn’t automatic. Other than that, everything was great!

We go on budget with 1 room/2ppl 1 big bed: Nice room, clean and cozy. We slept very well, fine breakfast. All amenities in room. Clean bathroom. AC work very fine. Good even for a bit longer stay or short Ebisu-fan weekend breakout (15min to Zoo/Ebisu). Shops nearby. Restaurant on place. Comfy place :) Will be back for sure in few months.

Onsen/Sento forbidden for guests with tattoos. We really wanted to use it. Suggestion: maybe will be good to just get 'tattoed gaijins' any hours we can use it? Even very late ones ;)

The room was spotlessly clean. The Onsen felt very modern and clean. I liked the free breakfast.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioner only worked when the key card was in. When I arrived, my room was very cold. I wanted to take an onsen and dinner so I couldn't warm the room up while I was out of the room. The same the following morning when I wanted a bathroom and breakfast. Next time as a solo traveller, I will ask for two key cards so I can keep the room at a decent temperature.

We stayed in this hotel as it was near the drifting for us. Hotel and surrounds were quiet considering it was close to the road. Our bedroom was super clean as well as the hotel in general. Good selection of food to choose from for Breakfast. Easy check in/out system. Staff were very friendly and super helpful - they posted out our lost property to another hotel in Tokyo free of charge!

The Hotel Route Inn was perfect for our needs as we drove north from Tokyo to see the festival in Minami-Soma. Conveniently located on the main express way heading to Sendai, the property had ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast buffet, and a great bath to relax in.

The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for- my son left his phone in the taxi and they rang the company for me and delivered it to the bus stop we were at! Nice morning breakfast:)

Beds a bit hard

Very clean and spacious with all facilities one may need. It was a nice stop on the road for us!

There were children in the onsen that were loud so just be mindful that children are allowed.

Location and breakfast are amazing, great facilities. Onsen is lovely and restraunt at night is also nice. Laundry was easy and convenient and bathrooms and rooms were everything we needed.

Bed mattress was very hard, sore back from it

Good value for money, lots of parking spots, didn't use the Onsen facilities

Route to the hotel is a little weird due to no exit from the main road, traveling by car requires a detour through the village to end up back in the same spot.

Looking for a place to stay if you are going to Ebisu this is ideal
