Check in was fast and easy. The free supper ramen, ice cream etc are great as usual of Dormy Inn. The hot spring area is clean and feel well maintained, making the soak feels good.

Location is quite a walk from the station and the last cross junction require either carry luggage through overhead bridge or walk to next street and cross the traffic light (extra 3mins). Although i booked non-smoking room, the rooms and pillow somehow still reeks of tobaccos. Cleanliness of the free massage chair needs to be improved especially the head cover.

It is a standard Dormy Inn hotel, so it has everything you would expect - onsen, ice cream after onsen, late night small ramen, and all the standard amenities. The onsen on one of the sides has a view on mount Fuji which was great.

Not the hotel per se, but the cross road before the hotel has a pedestrian bridge, so you have to climb it with your luggage if you are coming from the train/bus station.

Location is great (at least for the activities we had planned), hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious, nice ammenities. I couldn’t use the spa because I have tattoos but it looked really relaxing. Staff was helpful.

Pillows are too hard. It felt like my head was resting on wood. The breakfast finishes a tad bit too early for people holidaying (last entry is 9 am).

The property is easy to get to from Kofu station, and the onsen on the top floor looked very nice. The amenities, free sweets after onsen and noodles in the evening were appreciated. The staff were polite and friendly. Within easy walking distance to combini.

The pillows in our room were slightly too hard for our preferences.

The Dormy Inn Kofu Marunouchi is located only a few minutes from the close train station. I don’t know where to beginn with, it has been an outstanding stay, as the hotel offers a variety of amenities: Close to the exceptional Onsen there is a „massage room“ with two massage chairs you can use. You can rent a huge choice of mangas, while sitting in one of those chairs. After every stay in the Onsen you can have a free ice cream and the hotel offers every night for every hotel guest a free portion of Yakisoba noodles. We also like to thank the warm service of every staff we encountered and their help with our 宅急便. I hope that we will be back soon in the near future.

I loved how central the location was. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. I have tattoos so I couldn’t use the public baths but my husband enjoyed them. There was also a manga/massage chair relaxing area which was nice. Very affordable price.

Like many hotels in Japan, the room was small. I expected the rooms to bit a tad bigger since it isn’t a hotel in a big city but for the price it had everything we needed and more.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, making extra efforts to assist with our limited Japanese. The location was convenient, the parking facility very good, and the breakfast very good value. The extras offered were generous and useful, allowing for instance for a "stand alone" shower which was most appreciated. Probably the best "business class" hotel we have stayed in during our 20 trips to Japan!

Cant sensibly offer a critisism.

This place was perfect. We loved it so much we immediately booked for two other hotels in the Dormy Inn chain later in our trip. The onsen was so lovely, with a view of Fujiyama. The massage chairs were so nice. Free ice cream, ramen and Yakult was a bonus. The breakfast was incredible. Love this place. The staff are the loveliest.

Nothing, it is perfect.

You can have breakfast till 0930 in Dormy Inn and the checkout time of 1100 is perfect. Great views of mountains from the public bath on the top floor. Free ice cream and Japanese noodles for guests. Very close to the train station. My partner arrived at the hotel before me but the staff let her check-in before me.

The hotel's parking space fills up fast and is more expensive than other parking slots in the vicinity. However, this will not be an issue for guests traveling by train. We managed to find a parking space 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

We made a reservation at this hotel, but there was a "sister hotel" with a similar name 5min drive apart. By mistake, we showed up at the "wrong" Dormy Inn. However the staff checked us in, and made no issue with our "mistake"...

Nice hotel, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast
