Staff were very helpful, considerate, and welcoming. Facilities were not brand new, but astonishingly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, with local specialties. There were even a staff at the reception who can speak a bit Chinese, which really made me feel at home and is efficient when introducing and confirming charges.

The showers in the bath are limited so it might be a bit crowded during busy times.

Everything. I'd like to mention one particular situation, in which the reception staff were extremely helpful. I carelessly left my Ipod and earphones on an express bus in Nagoya, and I was having difficulty communicating with the bus company involved, owing to my inability to speak Japanese. I went down to the front desk and explained my problem, and the young man on duty noted down all the details, made a couple of phone calls, and, within 10 minutes, successfully arranged for me to pick up the articles in Nagoya the following day. I am really grateful for the help I received, and appreciate the willingness with which it was given.

Conveniently close to Tsu station, buses and eating places. Great breakfast selection, as is the norm for Dormy Inns. The baths were larger than other Dormy Inns we've stayed at. We hired a car for a couple of days and it was no problem parking it in the parking tower on site. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Dormy inns never disappoint. Only a short walk from the train station, easy and welcoming check in, beautiful onsen with extensive opening hours and all the little extras like after bath ice creams and Yakut drinks. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices in a calm clean dining room. I would definitely recommend this hotel

This Dormy was smaller than others I have stated at but the price was excellent

We like most everything, exceeded expectation. - The location is a few step away from the station. - Staff is very nice. - I like the partition between the room and the bathroom. - Very good cleaning service. - The public bath operate from 3pm-10am (the same as check in and check out time) - Many power outlets inside the room, enough for two persons. - Late night ramen and ice lolly. - The hair dryer in the public bath is the same model that I use at home. Very happy. - This hotel is the first I can wear the hotel room wear.

I only dislike the pillow. I am very picky when it comes to pillow. if there is a contoured pillow, it would be perfect.

The room was the widest room I have ever seen in Japan and I also quite like the style. I loved the communal bath. The value of the room was above its price, delightful. The position was very convenient and we were also allowed to leave our suitcases before check-in time, while many other hotels refused in the past.

I loved everything and will definitely be back to Dormy inn hotels around Japan in the future

The room was big and clean. The public path is nice and clean. Laundry areas are available and free of charge, you should pay only for drying. The breakfast was good, with western and japanese choices. Ramen in the night is a good service.

The only problem was the communication with the staff, since at the reception they are speaking basic English. With Google translate you should find a solution.

Super convenient location, and with all the small little extras that make Dormy a great brand. Of course rooms are always tiny at Dormy Inns, though if you don't mind that, you'll be happy with everything else-- great breakfast, efficient service, nice onsen bath, amenities, etc.
