A modern and imposing hotel, with good facilities including a pool , gym & large parking area. Our room was spacious, overlooking the pool, and had a small kitchen with hob , sink etc . Staff helpful and everything very clean.

No complaints. Korat isn't necessarily on the tourist trail so English levels aren't what you might find in Bkk or other more frequented centres.

The hotel has a lovely 25m pool and shaded seating area which is of a high quality. The hotel rooms are spacious and included both a bath and shower. There is parking out front and also a larger car park a 2 minute walk away.

The pool only received sun until about 2/3pm before being blocked out by the hotel.

Excellent food ... supper and brerakfast.

Aircon in the room was a disaster ... it took two hours to cool down to 25degC then at night it was just cold ... hardly ever relaxed even at 25degC. I get the impression that the thermostat is out of the air flow hence temperature control is not good.

Friendly people. Good parking. Very nice pool. Good food in restaurant. Excellent breakfast, big variety. Short walking distance to Mall. Beautiful and well maintained garden with many different plants. We will come back again.

Soundproof might be the only issue. Depending on neighbors in room.

From the reception to the comfort of the bed and the pool was fantastic. Have stayed here a couple of times and would recommend staying.

No restaurant for evening meal, however you can earn in the Cafe but it is small and only had 6 tables and all full when I went for dinner and had to wait but the service and food was excellent

the pool was amazing and the layout of common areas was excellent and was extremely clean the staff were second to none the fella out side controlling the entrance and carpark was one of the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met thank you brother 👍🏼👍🏼

More luxurious than we thought. Good size room and soft bed. Value for money.

Only getting one small roll of toilet paper and staff forgetting to give us one more when asked. Bad reception on most TV channels including thai but we didn't give the hotel any chance to address it

It was clean. The AC in the room worked really well. Buffet breakfast. The location was very close to the bus station and the mall Korat was a walking distance away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Property was clean and comfortable to stay at Rotor stay here again

Pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay

Stays here many times now and this hotel doesn’t disappoint. There is cheaper hotels out there but this seems to be the normal price for a good hotel in korat now. Nice pool and big room. I think I actually got a free upgrade as I only booked double room but was put in a 1 bedroom apartment.
