Room size , cleanliness, nice surroundings within the Hotel complex,the best Coffee in Thailand for the price. 65b what a price for such good coffee ,staff were good especially the reception , modern room with a comfortable bed. The Mall shopping centre for shopping of course ,11 x Banks, food court & Ya Mo Market about 750 m. I will be staying here again. I was here 6 weeks .

No vending Machines for drink & food. Cafe closes at 18 hrs,( which I understand), no ice creams,lollies or , magnum etc. Food in Cafe /restaurant was only average in flavour ,taste & portions ., food over priced. Much cheaper & better away from hotel.

Great location near The Mall Korat. Very easy to take public transport. Not too near the street. Quiet enough. Beautiful garden and café.

Weird room plan. Big room but kinda unorganized - no partitions between reception zone/dressing zone/bed. Sleeping in the bed, still see the door, I felt a bit uneasy. No lamp near the bed, only the big one on the working desk. Also the bathroom is too small. I kept crashing with the wet/dry glass wall quite a number of times when going in or coming out. The heater was put too high up to the ceiling - I had to ask for a stool to climb up to adjust the water temperature. Clean enough though - no complaint on this.

Stayed Jan 17-20 2024 The room is clean and big but a bit old. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cafe that serves breakfast at a discount for hotel guests (95 baht). The Mall (shopping complex) is just next door. (5 minutes walk via the back door). The train station and bus terminal 2 are a bit far away but reachable via tuk tuk.

The bed is a bit hard for us. The WiFi is a bit spotty. On our last night the WiFi was down for quite awhile. The shower pressure can be stronger. The basin in our room was outside the toilet and no proper vanity space. We have to use the bedside table to put some of our toiletries. Surprisingly our room has no tissues provided.

Stayed here for a week and a bit. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Room was clean and spacious. Nice shower and bed was comfy. Cleaning staff always had fresh towels when needed, and the rooms were regularly cleaned and stocked with bottled water and coffee. The staff at the hotel were FANTASTIC. Very kind and friendly. Front desk were always willing to offer assistance and eager to help. The cleaning staff were also on the ball, doing their job with a smile on their face and pleasant to deal with. Top marks to the hotel staff. the food in the restaurant was very good. I had a burger and fries with a coffee. was fine. Came to about a 6 Euros 80 cents. (A tad bit expensive) The Hotel has a nice outdoor seating area, with a fountain and a small stream. Is nice to sit down and relax in. Overall, I had a good time at this hotel, and if I am back in town I will definitely like to return. Recommended

The only slight, and small slight was the strange system of doing laundry where one had to list each item of clothing. Id suggest doing it by weight is a better system. Also the restaurant and cafe staff were not great at dealing with customers. Not looking at the customer when giving food, or change, not giving the full attention, etc.

Ideal location, central. Good cafe adjacent, but closed 5pmish. Very polite staff. Clean accommodation, comfortable bed. A bit dated but value. Good for stopover North-South, vice versa

Bathroom, room 310, vety small, toilet seat loose, required fine balancing to avoid nipping!! Breakfast had 3 choices, but could have been better. e.g. toast and butter, not garlic toast or marmite toast. Fried eggs cooked, stuck and served in a skillet. Would have been so much easier to fry in a pan, then plate. Hotel provided everything for breakfasf, just poorly presented. Pork rice soup was good.

Great hotel. I had presidential suite, very spacious and nice to have separate living room. Beautiful cafe part of the hotel, with water features, can take nice pictures. Location perfect, central. 2 minutes walk from mall which has muay thai gym, banks and other usual things you would expect. Also a few minutes from the train station. I was allowed a late check out with a small fee. This made my trip nice and easy. Quick turnaround with my laundry and iron, done well. I recommend this hotel and will stay again for sure if I come back to Korat.

A few small ants and mosquitos in the room. Not an issue, though, and I understand we are in a tropical country.

It's convenient because the accommodation is near a shopping mall, making it easy to find transportation to reach your desired destination. The staff is friendly and you can easily borrow a hair dryer by simply asking at the front desk.

The bed sheets are wrinkled and the floor is sticky. There are still hairs from the previous guest on the floor. I would appreciate it if you could improve the housekeeping service.

Great place! Clean, comfortable, fast WiFi, good waterpressure, kettle and every day free coffee and drinkingwater. Literally 1 minute walk to the Mall. Nice restaurant as you can see on the pictures. Covered parking and friendly staff.

The floor tiles used in the bathroom are not suitable, it’s very slippery and so dangerous. I had to put towels on the bathroom floor to keep myself from falling. No safetybox and the bed was a bit hard. The restaurant is open all day but breakfast closes at 10.00…that’s silly.

The location is great, with a shortcut to the mall saving several minutes walk. The on-site cafe/restaurant had good food and a comfortable layout. The outdoor garden area was on par with much more expensive hotels. The rooms were quite large and well equipped. The staff was always very courteous and willing to help.

We had a really good time during our stay, which was a little too short. We don't really have anything that sticks out in our minds of needing improvement .

The hotel has good sized rooms which are great value. The cafe attached to it was a great place for breakfast with its indoor outdoor rainforest setting. A wonderful place for breakfast and a morning coffee. Also a nice area for kids to enjoy the ponds and mini trails in the cafe gardens. A large shopping mall is only 150 metres away including a food court and internal waterfall! Staff were friendly. A great place to stay with friendly staff and easy car park if you need. Recommended
