Everything was perfect

The food was awful, breakfast was too bad with very poor choices, dinner at the restaurant was terrible and took to long to bring the food. Everything about the hotel is perfect except the food

Tio Sea Resort is an absolutely stunning place to stay, offering an exceptional experience in every aspect. From the warm and welcoming reception to the impeccable cleanliness, top-notch service, and variety of food, every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall relaxation and enjoyment. A heartfelt thank you to all the receptionists for their warm hospitality, especially Mr. Assem for his exceptional service and explanation . Always in our hearts until we meet again soon,Inshaallah. The only suggestion for an even more perfect experience would be to have a heated pool, as the water was a bit cold during our visit. This addition would allow guests to fully enjoy the pool regardless of the season.

Very welcoming staff. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very well equipped, including a jacuzzi bathtub. The gym area was well equipped with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi options. Late checkout was granted. Nice to have a beach. But above all, it was very good value for money. I would come again.

Given the good value, I am loathe to be picky, but the breakfast was a little basic, and It appears that while parts of the resort have been upgraded, others do need some renovation. Neighbouring room ACs were a little noisy, but I got used to it.

Ayoub was friendly and very welcoming. Despite booking wrong dates but he dealt with the issue professionally and sorted out issue without any cost.

I arrived very early at the resort and since my room was not ready I was offered a free upgrade to a suite which was already available. I really thank the receptionist for this as I was really tired and I needed a good rest. The suite was wonderful, very beautifully decorated, comfortable and with a nice view to the sea. The swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast with a big variety of foods to choose from. I also tried the jacuzzi which was very relaxing. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is very good value for money and I totally recommend it to anyone visit the area of Al Khor.

Loved it all

I have been regular visitor at this property with my family and every time they met our expectations. Rooms are good and clean. Pool is good and we always enjoy the pool with our kid. Poolside service is top notch. Staff is very prompt. Overall experience at this property is always good.

breakfast could have been little more better. At rush hour it takes little time to fill in the supplies. However, it is still good as the staff is very attentive and we can see them running to serve us.

We like everything. We stayed in Sea View Suite 609 and 611 (the only suites with balcony facing the sea). The hotel area is rather small but has amazingly satisfying facilities. The variety of pastry in the breakfast menu is delicious. The staff are kind and helpful especially the reception staff (I believe they are egyptians). I'm sorry I forgot to ask the names, but I remember one lady who is expecting a child- barokallah fiiha, may Allah grant her safe delivery and healthy baby. Amiin. Surely we are coming back next time!

If only the beach is open earlier let's say 6 a.m since the hotel has its own beach access. The pancakes in breakfast are not so soft, maybe they made them a bit earlier.

View from my room was the base of my satisfaction of the resort. I took the panorama suite which had an excellent 180 view of sea...with total privacy. The staff were superior in politeness and help. Mr. Mohammed Sayed (reception manager of the hotel) draw an example of great customer service. He made a difference. The seating near the pool facing the sea was excellent. Me and my wife had a great time there, with refreshments and good quite atmosphere.

Room furniture is bad. It is office like...not in sync with rest of the resort theme. I was disappointed when i saw that after all this great place, excellent looking reception, hallways...etc., I see that the furniture of the room looks like a cheap office! However, that didn't ruin our t vacation by anyways. I would only like management to take the decision and use an interior designer to come up with something worth it. Also, food in breakfast and dinner needs another look.

The pool was very good , breakfast and the restaurant staff were very good , i had two notes only , first one that the beach closes at 6 PM , also the room maintenance was not that good , the AC was leaking and they couldn't fix it , also some of the electrical plugs were not working , beside that i forgot a USB drive in the hotel and tried to reach them after but the staff was not very helpful.

pay more attention for the room maintenance will be good
