We had a wonderful 2-nights stay with our family and everything was just perfect! The kids especially loved the swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beach is neat and clean, but it was closed in early hours around 5.00 am, when we would like to go there but could not. The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained. A big thank you at reception Ms. Maria for exceptional hospitality, support, and warm smiles. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Breakfast was good but having a very limited choice of verity. Beach timing is a little bit late in the morning.

Great pool, food was good. Staff were very kind.

On many occasions, the pool water was too warm to swim in, and the pool temperature wasn't controlled considering the weather was so hot. The water in the pool needs to be cooler. Sealant in the bathroom had mould, needs to be left over night with bleach which will remove the mould. The bathroom needs to be cleaner. Families and children were too noisy late at night and in the early hours, signs need to be up asking people to be respectful and keep noise down.

The food was awful, breakfast was too bad with very poor choices, dinner at the restaurant was terrible and took to long to bring the food. Everything about the hotel is perfect except the food

The beach was nice and clean, but would be better with more chairs by the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Room service was excellent. Most of the staff were nice and accommodating (shout out to Eric and Ishan who were really cool)..

There was just this one person at reception who was dismissive and rude. during check-in. I understand there were a lot of people for the holidays, but he was pointing his finger and raising his voice, telling people that there is a cue he will be calling off, when there was no number being given as some sort of organization. If people were given numbers and were politely asked to wait their turn, we could have had a smoother check-in experience.

I visited Tio Sea Resort in Al Khor during a period of high occupancy, and I must say the experience was truly impressive. Despite the busy time, the front office manager, Mr. Muhammad, went above and beyond to understand our requirements and provide effective solutions. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and problem-solving ability truly stood out, making it clear that he is a valuable asset to the resort. What’s even more commendable is that this level of exceptional service seemed to be mirrored across the entire front office team. It's evident that Mr. Muhammad’s leadership and high standards have set a strong benchmark for the staff, resulting in a consistently positive guest experience. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such high service levels even under pressure!

Tio Sea Resort is an absolutely stunning place to stay, offering an exceptional experience in every aspect. From the warm and welcoming reception to the impeccable cleanliness, top-notch service, and variety of food, every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall relaxation and enjoyment. A heartfelt thank you to all the receptionists for their warm hospitality, especially Mr. Assem for his exceptional service and explanation . Always in our hearts until we meet again soon,Inshaallah. The only suggestion for an even more perfect experience would be to have a heated pool, as the water was a bit cold during our visit. This addition would allow guests to fully enjoy the pool regardless of the season.

I liked everything about the resort the location, beach and rooms and there staff is very helpful and kind specially asim and ronaldo Asim gave us a upgrade we are very thankful we enjoyed very well the beach is so clean and pleasant for sure will come back to it but only minor improvements are needed as the breakfast buffet should have more options and swimming pool should be temparture control other than that everything was a top notch thank you for the upgrade and best service.

Very welcoming staff. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very well equipped, including a jacuzzi bathtub. The gym area was well equipped with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi options. Late checkout was granted. Nice to have a beach. But above all, it was very good value for money. I would come again.

Given the good value, I am loathe to be picky, but the breakfast was a little basic, and It appears that while parts of the resort have been upgraded, others do need some renovation. Neighbouring room ACs were a little noisy, but I got used to it.
