Hotel rooms were super big and super clean. Furnitures were really nice looking. Breakfast was served in the room, we had option to choose continental or oriental. Quantity they brought to the room was sufficient for us. the standard and taste of the food were of high quality. we all liked the food. Pool was worth enjoying for our family.

Staff lacks interpersonal training. minor maintenance issues for the equipments. no proper signages from basement parking to the hotel. pool area washroom requires maintenance and check the foul smell issue. Pool area furniture requires maintenance.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very pretty and clean. The room service and cleanliness services were very good. I stayed alone and felt very safe. There are some nice cafes , small convenience stores in the same complex. The hotel also has some of the nicest clubs and I had a great time there. The Hotel is at a walkable distance from the Place Vendome mall and also the Lusail Marina. There is a bus stand 2 mins away from the hotel with frequent buses which take you to the nearest metro station. It's very easy to get a Uber as there is always one or two close to the hotel. The Lusail Boulevard is also nearby.

The room size was big and very big bathroom

It is very noisy at night because of the night clubs at the roof and the looby Not suitable for family

Specious room view nice recommend it only for night values for money

While check in time i have to wait like 20 minutes coffee machine stuck when i call to front office to assist me with the tv the engineering guy came and saying we cant change the language only Arabic language available then i just smile after that once he done checking everything he said no you tube and he is not confident staff needs to improve

Easy to access the hotel,the staff is friendly and very helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. I was in 106,very spacious ,clean and the bed was soft and comfortable, had the best sleep. I would definitely love to go back for a longer stay as this was one night . I enjoyed their breakfast, best omelette. Its great value for money especially me who does solo vacations,affordable price is my no one priority. Lovely place with amazing staff. Special thank you to Gulam,(sorry if I spelt it wrong) by the pool,thank you offering to take my pictures, you made my day. Keep up the amazing work.

1.There was no bath tub ,only shower. The shower is big ,lovely but l would hv prefered a Bathtub. I like to soak myself from time to time to destress as my apartment only has shower as well. During Staycation I would like to have a bubble bath and listen to some soft music and unwind The pool times are not user friendly 8am to 6pm in the Doha sun is a big NO.....

I loved staying in cielo Hotel Very welcoming staff and helpful My check-in progress was fast, and the room was excellent .Very nice location and plus breakfast . The hotel has all the entertainment, so u don't really need to leave from there . The only minus was chandelier in the bedroom, it's making bit noise at night, when the balls touches each other. Other than that, everything was excellent .

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service provided by the front desk workers, especially the young Arabic gentleman (whose name I unfortunately don't know). They were attentive and professional. However, I'd like to provide some feedback on the breakfast buffet. While our overall experience was positive, we found the breakfast options to be quite basic with limited choices. On a positive note, the food servers were attentive and displayed excellent manners.

Location, cleanliness, high quality hotel

Didn’t cared Gym , swimming pool; 1-Gym: no water supply in Gym, no signs for gym, some equipment is out of use, no Tissue wipes to clean equipments, the location of gym changed not as in advertisement. 2- Swimming pool need floor maintenance and maintenance beds , no towels.

Exceptional service. I enjoyed the facilities especially the Swimming Pool in the rooftop. The location was very good, it's near to Vendome mall, Metro Train station and Lusail Blvd that has a lot of good restaurants. Don't miss to stay in this hotel, I would really recommend for you.

everything was good only the food as room servise was bad

doid is bad. the resturant doesnt listen to you and always excuse us no staff. you will order continintal breakfast. and they will bring something else. you will say bring me orange juice. they will bring mango and even without informing us. if you dont change people will not come again
