Perfect location and good for gathering. The only thing I didn’t like they take additional price with 50 Qar per person for an extra (visitor). You can take their Id’s but without charging. When I ask why you are taking per person this amount. They said because we do service for extra guests, and there was no any extra services for our guests and everything I ordered from the restaurant I paid for it, it was not free. Even I brought a service lady from outside for my guests, not even one service I ordered from the hotel. And also they said we did a valley parking and only 3 cars were parking and others were with a driver. Everything was perfect, the bell boy was so friendly and helpful, the receptionist and all staff in there, the manager. The stay was very nice. The only problem was that we should pay an extra for any guests visit us in the apartment.

The service and the hospitality

Firstly, the location was excellent and provided for many activities and attractions that you would hardly need to drive anywhere. The location itself is a tourist attraction with many cafes and restaurants spreading nicely, encouraging good daily strolls all over the place. The Children's Mall was only a few steps away, which also catered for children fun and educational activities. The residence reception staff and helpers were wonderful and accommodating. The facility itself was great, clean, and well designed, and all bedrooms and living room were overlooking the Katara avenue.

Maybe considered a bit pricey, but I think it is well worth it.

A hidden gem! It’s become our family’s favorite spot — so unique, beautifully clean, and full of cozy warmth. The books and the lovely French charm make it feel like a world of its own. A heartfelt thank you to the reception team, Adel and Reem, for their warm hospitality, kindness, and high professionalism. I’m also grateful to the restaurant staff and all the hotel team members for their constant helpfulness and support at every entrance.

The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. The location was also excellent, providing easy access to key attractions. The restaurant served delicious food, and the overall ambiance made for a memorable experience.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. It feels like a home. Everything was clean. The AC was easy to use.But overall, I really love the experience would come again soon.

.. however, the bed was too hard for me to sleep, and it was not comfortable at all, which is a shame because I really love the rules, but the bed was not comfortable. The pillows was too soft and when I ordered the room service, the connection was bad so there was a failur
