The View of balcony was amazing to the side Sea and city of Doha(13th floor) and the room was super big!!cleanliness is superior in the Lounge and smells so fresh every day! Stuff was friendly and really helpfull and they was receiving us when we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night! Gym was great and there’s a Good devices to training of the day! Pool is nice and usually peaceful place during our stay. We like a lot the beach behind the buildings, there’s alot sup boards which you can use for free!

Unfortunately our room wasn’t side of sunshine so it seems so shady and dark sometimes, also a bit cooler because of that. We notice too late (last evening before our left) that there’s a shopping center behind the buildings (distance 300-400m from hotell) and there was many different restaurants, shops and Cafés. But that is not cause of hotel.

The property is spacious and has all the essentials for long term stay. The apartment is also cleaned daily. It's walking distance to Supermarket, shops and restaurants. The staff at front desk are excellent. They go out of their way to help. Thank you for all the assistance.

The property is directly under flight path to Doha airport, though the frequency of flights is low enough that it has minimal impact. The property seems to be setup for long term stay, as the only item that was provided was tea/coffee/sugar and two small bottles of water. When we asked for detergent and sponge the reception organised it straight away.

No facility to charge our phones. No adapter available from reception. Aircraft noise was annoying due to flight path overhead of hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this residence! The location is absolutely fantastic— peaceful enough to relax. The only minor issue we encountered was the unstable internet connection. However, we’re confident that had we brought it to the staff’s attention, they would have resolved it right away, given how responsive and attentive they were throughout our stay.

Love the pool and to be so close to the sea! You feel like royalty when you enter the building and the place smells amazing! Every floor has a different sent and it carries! Makes you feel relaxed ! The gym was great , my husband used it a few time but I could not move myself from the pool and relax there with a book in hand

The perfect stay for families in Doha, with great value for the money. Perfect location with stunning views on the Pearl. The location in the Pearl is perfect, which is close to everything and midway between the old Doha and Lusail. The staff were nice and welcoming. They made our stay smooth with no problems. The apartment is sparkling clean and spacious. It's well designed and fully equipped with everything you need : kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washing machine, ironing machine, TV with multiple channels, and different streaming platforms for free. Each apartment has 1 bedroom and living room with a sofa bed and balcony of different sizes. Some have 2 bathrooms, while others come with only one. The bathroom contains all toiletries you need. I was lucky to be in apartment 812, which was a bit smaller and on a lower floor, but with a huge balcony and stunning views on both the sea and the city. The hotel contains a gym, swimming pools, kids area, and a beach , however, there is no service around the pools. There is free car parking in the basement.

Absolutely nothing

The view is magnificent, the apartment was clean and has all facilities. One bedroom but was enough for a family of four given the sofa bed in the living room. Also gym, access to the see channel, the walk, the playground are all very good additions and unlikely to find similar elsewhere.

All good, maybe the wifi was not reaching the bedroom but sorted by the IT team.

Everything was great, the location, facilities, size of the flat, view, cleanliness, service, and the staff. Mr Luk at the reception was very professional and helpful, he upgraded the our reservation to bigger flat with balcony and great city view. I would like also to thank manager for her kind support while checking out and help to jump start my car. We would definitely recommend the place and come back again.
