The location of the property was absolutely perfect. It is directly opposite the Vendome Place mall which is the most beautiful mall in Qatar and central to all the local amenities/attractions. The room was had was amazing, the apartments are very spacious and well laid out as well as clean. The entire staff at Agora were outstanding. Houssem & Khaled from reception were nothing less than exceptional when it came to trying to please us, they went above and beyond in order to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Both were thorough and persistent in trying to make our stay the best possible. Waheed from Maintenance was amazing, any small issues I faced with the washing or tv, he was at my room in no time resolving the issues. He was very kind and welcoming, ensuring that any issues we may face that would get resolved immediately. Kenneth (Head of house keeping) was a big help when it came to any requirements for the apartment. He was always on standby if I requested something extra, for example flat pillows or duvets etc. Shiraz (Head of security) was very kind to us, ensuring our safety at all times and making sure he had a warm welcome. Mohamed (security) was very kind and helpful along with all the other security staff. All of the bellboys at the hotel were outstanding, from the car valet service to bringing up our deliveries. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they all were. In summary, without a doubt all those I have mentioned are assets to Agora. Hotels aren’t made by individuals, they are made by great teams, and the team there are exceptional. This was my first time in Qatar and it certainly won’t be the last, however leaving I’ve felt like I’ve left family behind. On that note I will certainly back there when I next land in Qatar.

Breakfast menu could be a bit more extensive

A very elegant, luxurious hotel with a spacious living room, cooking utensils with a dryer and a washing machine, with a spacious balcony where you had a table and chairs and you could smoke and a clothes dryer. The tram station was 15 minutes walk away and Vendome Mall just behind the hotel. The swimming pool was on roof top with nice view. They were giving u cold water and towels. Also the staff of the hotel very kind and always attentive to ur needs, from house keeping to the valet of car or even manager. The offer us welcome drinks and a fruit platter. I recommend Agora, Doha, Autograph Collection to families or couples who are looking for an elegant and high-class stay. The sfaff is amazing and services too. As a hotel, it is not enough to have only good services but also quality team people staff to enhance them. One more time, thank you!

The balcony door was not working properly and the tv also was not working at all. We were not using tv so this was not an issue for us.

What more could you want than the best service ever during a short trip! A huge thank you to Mr. Ibrahim from the moment we booked, everything was beyond amazing. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, even welcoming us with a kind refreshment that made us feel truly valued. Special thanks to the valet staff, always so friendly and greeting us with a smile every time we arrived it really made our stay enjoyable. Best location too! Just steps away from Gate 3 of the Vandom Mall 👏🏻 super easy to walk. Loved the breakfast and especially the room service the lady who served us was so friendly. The complimentary upgrade was such a sweet gesture! And finally, thank you, Mr. Khalid, for your warm hospitality. You all made our trip unforgettable!

Clean Quiet Very close to vendome mall

The food service is terrible and very expensive comparing the quality. The smell of the cafe is bad. The coffee in lobby is old and cold. Please pay attention in room food service. It is a shame to such beautiful hotel. They deliver it in paper bag.. no even plastic wear nor ketchup or anything. The sandwich is old and chicken tasteless and full of garlic. If anything would stop me from booking again with this hotel is the food available.

The reception staff especially “Raesah and Zahra” I would come back to the hotel just because of them they were helpful and cheerful they even apologized to us and gave us a discount for the spa and a free breakfast even though it wasn’t their problem, also the view from the balcony was incredible

I hate the room service how they kept us until 4pm tell we check in and the room service manager “ she was a woman “ I am not sure if she is the manager or an Assistant but she just apologized without any compensation, also the moment we entered the room we asked for a tissues she just gave us two (you should consider that we asked because there wasn’t enough at the room not an extra), so what have they been doing from 12pm until 4pm ?

The staff from the front desk, cleaners, porters, lounge, pool were all exceptional. Extremely helpful and polite, David, Bebe, Junaid, Joseph all aided our exceptional experience. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were top notch.The proximity to the biggest shopping mall in Doha was a massive advantage. I would stay here when next in Doha.

Honestly, one of the most enjoyable moments I experienced was during my stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the staff. The chef was exceptional in his cooking. What I loved most about the hotel was the way they treated people; they never fell short in providing excellent service. Tom, in particular, was one of the standout employees who went above and beyond. The hotel was extremely comfortable, quiet, very clean, and without any faults

Its was soo amazing hotel

Me and my partner had an amazing stay beginning to the end the staff were extremely professional. Precision to detail excelled our expectations we can’t thank the team enough they were extremely prompt with any requests even past regular working hours, they once came to fix a small issue we had with the tv past 10pm ! I can’t wait to book a stay with them again. Amazing location easy for delivery, the valet gentlemen were always on time, the view from our apart was at the centre of vendome mall also.

Wonderful location with magnificent views out to sea. Exceptionally friendly staff - nothing is too much trouble. Our second stay at the Agora & we were welcomed back like old friends. When we had a minor problem the staff were so helpful and fixed it within minutes & we’re so apologetic that it had happened in the first place.
