I stay in many hotels across Singapore due to work. This far Hilton Garden Inn has the best breakfast of any hotel in Singapore. Great variety great fresh produce.

First, I have to appreciate all staff of Hilton Serangoon starting from the reception desk to the breakfast/dinner staff. Everything was kept clean, sorted and operated in a very smooth, fast and polite way. The hotel has great location close to the main metro line that goes right downtown, has great proximity to food markets, restaurants, convenience stores. It is well suitable for both family/private and business stay.

It would be great to have a plate and one set of cutlery in the room, besides that I do not have other comments.

Near to mustafa shopping center, lots of vegetarian food options in the near by area, well connected and easy to get cabs for commuting. Hilton brand name is good to have for the quality of service, friendly staff and great to note on bathroom mirror it was mentioned about the potable drinking water...

Shower area is too clumsy and while taking bath water spill outside the shower area in front of basin, making whole bathroom slippery despite of putting a foot towel in from of shower open area... this needs to be worked upon on the immediate basis.

Whilst the room was 22sqm in size, it still had that small room feel to it. The female house keeper on the 11th floor where we stayed was excellent. Very through and clean. Breakfast was adequate for us except for the fresh fruit that was on offer. This was disappointing. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Little India and only a 5 minutes walk to Little India MRT station. you can get to anywhere. We had no issues with the bedding, very comfortable.

The TV stations selection was extremely limited (poor) and most have re-runs of programs that was shown the previous nights. You can only watch so much of re-runs of NCIS, BBC nature etc.

We loved the Hotel it's beautiful, the bedroom was ultra modern and the bed was very comfortable, and had great wifi and charging sockets. We were amazed at the view of Little India and Singapore from the 9th floor, and the quietness of the room. We loved the shower and there was excellent toiletries. The staff were very welcoming and they ensured all our needs were met in the warmest of manner. Breakfast was very good as was the service.

It would have been good to have some western style food like bacon, for breakfast and sausages.

Great location in an area with character, restaurants, shops, and easy access to the MRT (Little India). Good breakfast, well-furnished but small rooms. Lots of taxis available. 8th floor outdoor patio is pleasant but a bit too small for business use.

The in-room air conditioning is centrally controlled. When I am in the room, I have the choice of turning the air-con/ventilation on or off. I cannot set the temperature. Unfortunately the centrally controlled temperature is very cold, so that makes the room uncomfortable after 30 minutes or so. Moreover, my sleep is interrupted by having to turn the air-con on and off in the night. The hotel needs to change this policy.

5 minutes walk from Little India MRT. The room and breakfast spread was great. Pool was a good place to relax in the evening. Because it rained heavily (quite unlikely in S'pore!) we were mostly indoors but were pretty relaxed. They gave us packed breakfast during check-out since we had an early flight. Good choices again. Clean rooms. Professional and courteous staff. Seamless check-in with physical and digital key. Free sign-up to the Hilton Honors. I'm keen to experience their rewards. Would love to stay again if the below is sorted.

TV had no entertainment channels. If it rained, you'd go crazy to stay indoors with no choices except news channels. I've stayed in hotels with ample entertainment channels and/or atleast access to Netflix. The size of your toothpaste tubes could vary depending on the number of nights people stay. It's annoying to struggle with a new tube each morning. Body lotion could be mild in fragrance. Although the location (Little India) is good, there are limited authentic restaurants around to choose from. Indian foods don't taste very Indian.

The Indian food being served during the breakfast was not anywhere good . But the service. Cleanliness efficiency was above class. Mr..Chandran assisted us during the breakfast time also during the checkout and also for assisting to get a big vehicle to go back to the airport

when we call to reception, very rarely being responded. I called to request an additional towel, no one responded. I had to come down to the reception and request. Even then, it took more than 30 minutes to deliver the towel. Then for shaving kit, I had to come again. Fortunately, the lady in. the reception gave me the Shaving Kit. when complained, the person reception said there is no personnel in night for such services. many guests have requested for something and the security guard is delivering it to all guests and he will arrive on my turn. it is really absurd. it must be improved. there must be adequate number of house keeping service staff to support the guests. There should be a dedicated number to call housekeeping services and a dedicated person to.answer the calls. otherwise, the receptionist must answer the calls in time. please don't give the excuse that the hotel was full. It is almost everytime I have this experience. if the hotel is full, the aminities must be upgraded to cater the needs of the full house.

BREAKFAST: Really loved it! Great variety, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and an easy-to-use coffee machine STAFF: All very friendly and helpful but not obtrusive LOCATION: Nearby metro stop, Grab drivers are familiar with the area, plenty of restaurants nearby ROOM: Lucked out with a bit of a view. Had plenty of storage and closet space for three people

BATHROOM: Good size and had a bidet shower (!!!) but wish had more shelving or storage. Guests should bring grooming kits that can be hung
