I loved the following about this place: 1) The staff is quite polite, friendly, and helpful. Kudos to Sherwin and Sabri for answering all my questions, providing guidance, and fulling my requests. 2) The location is just perfect. It on the border of Little India and Serangoon. Plus 3 MRT stations are at walkable distances. 3) They have a machine and dryer for laundry. It's free - you just need to buy your own detergent. 4) Bugis Junction Mall and Mustafa centre are just a few mins away. 5) They allowed me to checkout 45 mins late - since I needed time to pack my bags. 6) They gave me an adapter extension (travel adapter). Since my charger wouldn't fit into their socket. 7) They provide towels and toiletries.

What could have been better is: 1) More comfortable mattresses. I could sleep on their mattress because I do not have an extra cozy mattress at home. But for someone who is used to an extra cozy mattress, their mattress may feel too thin. 2) They don't have a Kitchen - just in case you want to boil or cook something.

The hotel was conveniently placed in Little India and not far from the metro. Only a few stops from some of sights. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Nothing gimmicky

Can feel the spring in the bed, that needs an immediate change. if they replied to my Msg early saying the reception is unmanned after 9Pm, it would have been nice. Lucky there was another customer that helped me with front door.

Great location. It was easy to walk to the train station. Some nice cafes nearby and the place was clean

The bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs, we ended up asking for another duvet to add some padding, but it still was not ideal

Great location, easy to get everywhere because it's near the metro. Area had lots of good reasonably priced restaurants nearby

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock hard and you could feel the springs in your back. Also for some reason the door beeps for a very long time whenever you open it (easy to think something is wrong with it). Reception was sometimes empty during open hours when we required it. It's very expensive for such a low quality bed.
