The location is good and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the room is too small and odd shaped as I have to climb up a short flight of irregular steps to get to my bed.

The room size is slightly bigger by 3sqm with a normal same level bed

Manager was very helpful when he realised I had booked the check in time wrongly and I was very appreciative of his kind assistance. the environment was clean

paid for 12-8 stay and didnt enter the room until 12:30 due to app faulty which was quite understandable. but we were expecting a reimbursement for that 30 minutes since we paid for the 12-8 stay but didnt.

wish it could be a little more flexible with timing. as i wanted to extend stay, there was another booking the next day available with a 2hr time gap in between. i wish the price for the gap wasn’t priced so high so that i could extend the stay.

The staff start cleaning at 7am and when our checkout time is 8am, it disrupts our sleep for 1h.

Stayed at the Jalan Besar branch many times before and it’s my favorite co-living to go to! It’s clean and the location is nearby to eateries. Check in is very convenient as it’s through the app.
