Facilities were clean, immaculate, Surprisingly, the dorm was very comfortable, clean and safe. My 1st time staying overnight in a mixed dorm, a little hesitant at first. Ladies, don’t worry. The men were perfect gentlemen. immediately felt at ease. They’ve completely changed my attitude about mixed dorms. Overall, I Highly Recommend Azur Hotel. Clean facilities, strong WIFI, Friendly, Supportive, Staff. Good location: close to downtown, airport, seaside, movie theater, church.

Bring your own toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash. Ir would also be nice if they had a vending machine for coffee, snacks, candy bars. Overall, I’ve had a very pleasant experience, highly recommend this establishment. Good value for the price.

Rameez at reception was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. The shared dormitory has several outlets to charge your phone. Clean, fresh towels and sheets were provided and the air conditioning worked very well. On the second day my pillow and towel were changed. They also offered free coffee at the reception. Very well located within 5 minutes walk from the Saint-Denis / l'Océan bus station and several supermarkets are nearby.

The shower clogs up when showering. Perhaps paint shower with water retardant paint? No spoons or mugs provided next to kettle in dormitory..

We liked the central location of the hotel near Marechal Leclerc and Charles de Gaule Srreets and near bakery and Ravate and NouLouTou car rental company. Ease of car parking and ease for loading and unloading of luggage although it is centrally located.

Shower could be provided with a curtain to prevent splash of water into other parts of bathroom and toilet.
