Excellent location with the Indian Ocean in front & the centre of St Denis literally behind the hotel. Smart, modern, new & aesthetically pleasing. Easy check - in & helpful staff. Suite was spotlessly clean, spacious with a large balcony & comfortable. Relaxing outside area facing the sea & watching the world go by. Smart lobby & great ambiance. Stunning views from the rooftop on the 5th floor. Highly recommend & will stay here again.

No concierge but reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was boring, sad, limited & repeated with monotonous regularity - disappointing for a four star hotel - my main grouse.

We chose the hotel so that we didn't have to drive too far the next day to leave as we had an evening flight. The hotel organised a late check-out which was great so that we could enjoy our last day. Nice large swimming pool.

We chose an ocean view room as opposed to an inner view room, we did see the ocean, but through the rooftop in front of our window with all the air-conditioning units! We did ask to change room, but the hotel was full, but for our last night it was fine. Breakfast was disappointing - not a great choice and average quality for a four star establishment. For example the sausages were inedible, scrambled eggs were like a soup and very dry croissants.

The people, the reception team gives world class service. They are so helpful. Helped me with bookings of activities and recommendations for transportation around the island The breakfast has a wide spread of section of food They have a cafe in the hotel, for quick easy meals- there is no need to have the expensive hotel lunch Location is perfect, close to bus stops and restaurants and short walk 10-15min from shops, museums and parks

The restaurant has a long way to go. It might be because the staff is new. I had to return my drink because it wasn’t what the menu promised. Then the dinner was overcooked (fish casserole). The waiters asked me about food orders before asking about my drink order…. Small things that make the experience not too great because guests expect fine dining experience as advertised

Swimming Pool is very big, beautiful & relaxing. Great location with easy access to shop, supermarket, pastry and many restaurants with variety of food around the area. Very safe location. Sunset Lounge on the rooftop was amazing & enjoying beautiful sunset with sea view along the mountain view. Road safety and very discipline in Saint Dennis area. Will surely come back again 😍

There were some outside issues beyond their control such as a market festival that caused parking issues due to the outside car park being used for the event. The staff were very helpful with this and other things.

The breakfast and dinner prices seemed a little highly priced, but most things seem to be like this in Reunion.

Very considerate staff going out of their way to help even if some are still on training. Hotel is not yet fully open and functional but is promising. Had a good time in swimming pool with kids. Pleasant ambience/deco in reception, restaurant and rooms.

Probably should have waited some more for completion of works before welcoming clients. Telephone not working in rooms, no room service, finishing works still ongoing, limited restaurant capacity.. it was not our usual 'radisson experience' inspite of the genuine effort from the staff.

The hotel is situated in a nice locality. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel was new so it was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were neat and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and the variety of food and beverages was impressive.

The cocktails were sometimes good, mostly, just okay, depending on who prepared them. Not all staff are trained in drinks crafting. The menu at the restaurant was not very vast, more choices should be available.

Very clean room, friendly and helping staff. A special thank you to the nice barman Jerome, Radisson Hotel is very lucky to have him. Also not forgetting the staff on the rooftop bar who goes out of their way, very nice ambiance.

Close to nice little restaurants and bars

The location was very good central to everywhere we went and not to far from the airport. The staff were very helpful at the reception, nothing was too much trouble .

The staff in the roof top bar didn't make us feel very welcome .

Clean, in the center of the Saint Denis, accessible. Walking distance to the main shopping streets.Took half board room, large variety of food for breakfast and dinner comprised of starter, main meal and dessert. Staff is very accommodating. Overall it was great
