Staff were very helpful and friendly. My friends booked directly at the hotel, I booked through booking.com and for some reason I was the only one with no breakfast included, but the manager there adjusted this facility for me so I can be on par with my friends, as we have paid the same price practically. Not many are willing to adjust the booking like this!

Very clean and comfortable place, polite and ready to help staff. Arrived late in night and the help to find the hotel's parking was much appreciated!

If I was very picky, would have liked the shower head not to be fixed, wall-mounted (for a more comfortable shower without hair-wash). However, the bathroom was also extra clean, large and well lit, thus nothing to complain about.

Evething was great. Clean object, tasty breakfast and spacious room. Personel was very professional and helpful. City center (Alba Carolina) is 10 min walking from the hotel. In the same building is supermarket. Totally recommend.

Rooms were good.

Our parking spot was given to somebody else while we had dinner. It was so disappointing, as we booked this hotel in purpose as they advertise having free parking. The staff was also rude when I questioned why they did that. I will never book with them again!

Very close to the citadel and to everything downtown. Parking is available onsite and the staff is great.

The bathroom had a funny sewage smell and there was a leftover piece of clothing.

Booked a triple room without breakfast. For a 3-star hotel the room exceeded expectations. Carpeted floor, room bigger than the average hotel rooms with 3 individual beds, good mattress and quality pillows (feather like). Bathroom was very big. Room equaled a 4 star hotel but too bad the location of the hotel and the looks from the outside give it a shabby aspect.

Location

The location of the hotel is excellent for those who wish to take a short walk towards the citycenter / Alba Iulia Fortress. The room was big & very comfortable.

The room is really spatious and clean, the view not the best but in general was a good place to stay.

We didn't like that we had to go through another building to the parking.

The room was very large, clean, had a nice ambiance and was well-equipped. The staff was very amiable. Regarding the location it is in a central area and it has free parking available.

The breakfast could be richer, but anyway, it was tasty.

The staff is very friendly , they make me feel at home. The hotel is very clean. I recommend this hotel .
