The place is very elegant and nice. The room is spacious and nice looking, AC was just perfect. The breakfast was delicious, also the restaurant have very good food 10/10 recommend. We were upgraded for free for a 4* room no fees from the staff.

In the room in some corners if you were very very keen to the eye there were some spider webs but kinda small ones.

Modern hotel with friendly personnel situated in a great location, in a quiet area in walking distance of Alba Carolina Citadel. Very clean and spacious room, really comfortable bed with excellent bed sheets and pillows. The hotel has a few parking spots, but there’s also a big parking right in front of the hotel for a minimal fee of about 8 lei/1,6 euro per day. Also, Saturday after 14:00 and Sunday parking was free in the area at the time of our stay.

This was a great hotel. We booked a one bedroom suite, it was lovely. Fantastic bed in the main bedroom, comfy sofa bed in the living room. Shower was really powerful and the room had two balconies. I loved the lights to the balconies, these were different colours at each window.

Breakfast was ok, some items were a bit cold, bread needed three runs in the toaster, to become toast, and limited hot choice

The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good.

While the room in general was as expected for a 4* room, the bathroom facilities (the shower area) need maintenance, as some water ended up on the floor. Public paid parking, not handled by the hotel. The hotel should have some parking spaces of its own for the guests and offer them as a service, even if this requires payment to the local authorities and extra-costs for the guests.

15 minutes walk to the center, modern and really well designed rooms, clean. There is a private car park by we parked on the super cheap public parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast could be improved, not bad but will benefit a little bit of fruit

The decor is beautiful and everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and parking just outside the hotel with no problems. They gave us a room upgrade which was amazing. Great location to visit the Cittadella in the evening.

Very friendly staff, helped me with some bus reseration, good location close to citadel. Though is more of a business style hotel, is suitable for a solo backpack traveling too

Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms

The shower wasn’t draining water properly so upon opening the shower door, we flooded the bathroom. Drainage definitely needs fixing. Breakfast didn’t have any vegan options (de post).

The location of the hotel was ok, we had a paid parking space in front of the hotel and a decent room, for one night.

I didn't like it because at breakfast we didn't have a place to sit at the table it was a lot of people, we went upstairs where the tables weren't cleaned, the light wasn't on and neither were the napkins or salt shakers on the table.

the property is pretty conveniently located to walk to everywhere we needed to go. the staff were the highlight. they were very friendly and helpful. we stayed in some of the more updated rooms and you can tell they are making amazing updates to the rooms. our rooms were comfortable and very clean

some rooms have not yet been updated and are older. these rooms aren’t as comfortable or modern.
