Oh my God!!! Let me start with Marina at the reception. FANTASTIC GURL, and I mean fantastic. You guys, if you want an amazing experience from the customers, raise her as a customer service supervisor. Basically she was great in the first place answering my requests from my reservation on the email weeks before, then... we, 4 people, + our chihuahua, met her smile. Please, let the other employees to watch her working. She was so amazing that I forgot what was wrong there, if anything. So, #1 achievement on Continental is Marina's skills. (Reason I asked about her name when we left, for this review). #2. Mr. Miyagi (Ionica de la bar). Great guy as well. He drove me to fall for "Jidvei", VSOP (not even XO). Hugo spritz and Gin & Tonic, well prepared Still on #2 people from restaurant. Luminita and her colleague made us feel like kings. We started to fight witch king is grater? (I am of course) Beautiful setup, very professional serving. Candle on the immaculate table. Food? Excellent. The queen of the dishes, the eggplant salad and toast. That was ambrosia. Hotel, great facility, well placed, large spaces, nice and large hotel room, view, fantastic, everything was ergonomic and functional. Parking, steps away, breakfast? I wish Americans come and experience what a REAL breakfast mean. Big selection, large breakfast room, very nice staff watching and cleaning fast to make sure the customers are pleased. Thank you guys for this nice experience.

We wish to stay more in this conditions

The hotel looks very beautiful, outside and inside. The modern glassy part of the exterior is out of line considering the historical buildings around, but being behind from the street line it works out. The inside is elegant and nicely decorated, both on the corridors and inside the rooms. I had dinner and breakfast and the food and service were very good. Travelling for work, there was no time to check other facilities, but given the central location, it provided a very good point to start a city walk.

Water pressure was low and it was quite cold in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the motorway. The room is a good size and clean. . There was some noise on the upper floor, but when I told the receptionist, it was resolved, so we had a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the linens were also good. The breakfast is served on the lobby floor and is a bit limited if you are used to a very good breakfast. There isn’t enough fresh fruit, considering it’s the end of summer when there are plenty of fresh produce. The hotel has two charging stations. If you’re travelling from another country, you need to register before charging your car. We were able to charge the car overnight and continue our journey.

The pressure from the shower was not perfect, but it was okay for a quick shower. Our fridge did not work, but I didn’t complain as we arrived late and were leaving early in the morning to continue our trip to the UK.

The building, once Arad's former communist flagship hotel underwent some subtle yet very Romanian redecoration efforts since its heydays, most probably by an architect with strong ties to the 1980s north Italian tiling and marble industry. Rooms are spacious and boast a great view of the surrounding city on the higher floors, beds are comfy, staff is helpful and friendly, and the location great.

WIFI was terrible and breakfast and the space it was served in both have room for improvement. also: turns out that one elevator for approx. 160 rooms on 10 floors is not enough. management should maybe consider repairing the 2nd elevator at some point ...

We recently stayed at Continental Forum Arad. Located in the heart of the city, it is very easy to reach. The hotel offers a restaurant and room service and is surrounded by various pubs and restaurants, giving travelers plenty of dining choices. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend the hotel and we will return next time when transiting Arad.

While the breakfast was good and enjoyable, we felt that the food selection could benefit from a bit more variety, such as adding fresh juices and more meat options in the hot food section.

The hotel is in a fantastic location as it is in the centre of town with easy access to shops, parks, restaurants, tram, train & not too far from Timisoara for the airport. The room was a good size and clean.

The room could do with a couple more pillows and a better duvet for the beds. There wasn't enough selection of teas & and coffee in the room.The restaurant for breakfast was ok, but it would be nice to have a bit more selection. The room didn't have any information regarding the restaurant opening hours (this information is in the lift).

I liked the location, the interior of the room, the location of the room in the hotel - very high, so I had a great view of the city, I loved the breakfast food and loved how staff, in general, were polite and were trying hard to help out with little requests that I had - towels, soap, taxi, for example.

I had travelled from Japan and Hawaii through half the American continent and most of British Columbia, I have also travelled through France, Iceland and Italy, but never, ever did I experience that a bathroom ran out of toilet paper. It was in this hotel that I experienced that, and I am very, very sorry, because otherwise, my stay in the hotel was a very positive and unexpectedly good experience. I hope what happened to me will never happen to anyone, booked at this hotel.

the rooms are big and clean, the bed comfortable beds. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant - good food at more than reasonable prices, We took breakfast also, was varied and good the bathroom is a bit outdated, even if it seems to have recently undergone a renovation

the room was quite noisy, we were accommodated near some children from a sports club, who were quite noisy until late at night. also the room was right in front of the elevators and all the noise from the hallways could be heard in the room

Lovely large suite of rooms, with televisions in both lounge and bedroom. There was an ensuite bathroom as well as a separate toilet and basin. Also liked the near panoramic view from the balcony. There were mirrors everywhere, The whole suite was very comfortable. The mini bar actually had soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, crisps and chocolate bars in it and was replenished every day. The breakfast was good as was the restaurant. It is a really good economic place to stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not the worst I've slept in!
