Dinner and breakfast of very good quality. The restaurant staff went out of their way to find a table for us, without a reservation, thanks! Safe parking inside the premises. Comfortable room, hot water eventually. The lady at the reception in the morning was gentle and amiable. Optimal location close to highway, for customers in transit.

All fine, but some gotchas: initially had to park in a temporary position in the yard, all dedicated spaces were occupied by restaurant clients, eventually some spaces freed up (no possibility to reserve parking beforehand, not even paying, as a hotel client - we were warned of the risk, but still not ok). A hot water malfunction in the morning, that was solved during breakfast, in the end we could shower, happy days!

For us the hotel location was very good. We did not need to navigate the city for a very nice urban like hotel. The garden of the hotel is very nice. The restaurant is very nice and a good option. The staff is very friendly and helpful and this was one of the highlights. The common ares have a very nice design and you can see that there is much care invested. The rooms are very spacious and nicely designed.

Our stay met all of our expectations. What I find as a small issue in such places with a very luxurious appearance is that sometimes that are details in the room that pop out because everything around is very nice, and with a review routine for the rooms this issues can be managed such as : the sink that had a draining issue, the curtain that was a bit dirty and was a bit ripped .

The hotel is excellent! Very nice what they done there! The room big and spacious, very close to the highway!

Some minor improvements to the breakfast especially to the cut meats! Didn’t like that all the employees wore smoking and having coffee right in front of the hotel, but this is something that didn’t affected us in anyway!

staff was very helpfull. room was clean and was a nice terrace view. the room was quite wide. the meal of restaurant also good. location was not in the crowded area but there was also markets very close.

For single guests the tables in the restaurant are too big. Breakfast should be ready at 7:00 - should be at time in the office.

A bit long walking from the parking to the hotel reception around the hotel building. There was not elevator exactly on the room level (1/2 floor) so I had to pull my suitcases on a short stair.

The rooms are excellent, well proportioned and spotlessly clean. Dining options are very good too. Staff very friendly. Spa area looked great, but didn't use them. Onsite parking is plentiful.

Location is in a residential area and a way from City centre. Although, Airport is only 12 minutes away.

Everything- the hotel is very new and modern. While we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed this hotel. That is, our room was very clean and well appointed. The check in / check out process was quick and efficient, well handled by Ioana from reception. Ioana was very nice and helpful and explained to us everything about the property (restaurant, spa).

I really appreciated the design of the bathroom, but unfortunately the floor was really slippery. Fell and nearly broke my hand. A non-slip mat would be useful, at least in the shower area.

Fairly new hotel with a great location only 10 min drive from downtown Timisoara. The room was big and clean. The Italian restaurant downstairs was very good and the service there was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.
