We do use every year this hotel. It’s small, quiet place , good staff, central

Good location, car parking safe , restaurant with good food-needs to be looked into and some changes-great dessert-papanasi, we took one sharing and was more than enough. Great cold draft beer. Not very expensive, good breakfast. The only and bad experience it’s every year we stay there it’s the shower heads are very bad quality, this really needs an emergency look into and changing with a more quality ones, they don’t distribute the water in a normal way and it’s very annoying.

Above anything else, Alice, the young lady at the front desk was simply superb in her approach, welcoming, information, smile or warmth. I travel extensively, but have rarely seen such a welcome in a place, without it being overwhelming, quite on the contrary: discreet, yet complete. Multumesc, Alice. Otherwise the restaurant is very good, with an extensive and appealing menu, service was good, the hotel is in a quiet area, yet close to the city centre, there's free and guarded parking on site, and everything else normal.

Can't really say there was something I disliked. I wish I could've stayed more than just one night.

We appreciated the staff hospitability and super fast service (both at reception and at the restaurant), the room was extremely clean, with great amenities (slippers, extra duvets, pillows etc). Great pillows and mattres for an excellent rest and sleep. The excellent quality of the apple juice at breakfast and in general a good breakfast.

The room could have been equipped with some complimentary water, and the breakfast could have benefitted of a larger selection for the warm appetizers. All in all, nothing major to highlight in a negative way, we did enjoy and had a good experience. We will definitely recommend it to friends and come back again.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the Mayor's House, in the downtown of Arad. Very spacious and comfortable room, AC, office desk that aloud working, very quiet, the bed is really comfy, the personnel is kind and helpful, breakfast ok and is a good balance price/quality (i rented the room in the very day i arrived).

The shower cabin is a bit small (i'm not a big person) and the faucet could harm you if not careful.

We liked our stay so much that we asked to stay another day. The breakfast selection was very good with quality food. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Because our our room was already reserved, the only way we could stay longer was to accept another room on the top floor. However, the air conditioning in this room couldn't cope with the +30C outside and sleeping was uncomfortable as a result. The quality of our chosen restaurant evening meals wasn't to the same high standard as the ambience and waiter service provided.

The property was clean, parking available and the location was very central. The rooms have been cleaned, fresh towels and a clean beds every day. The breakfast area was very elegant and a nice Bar at the reception where you can have a drink or watch a soccer game in the evening. The hotel had also a restaurant. From parking guy to receptionist and waitress, everyone was friendly.

The unfriendly boss who started an argue with workers in the breakfast hall. He also did not manage to great guests when coming in.

Very clean and well maintained. Air con effective. Bar/restaurant/terrace very comfortable, pleasant spaces to hang out.

No shower curtain for the over the bath shower, meant that despite our best efforts the floor got flooded after every use. No grab rails or non slip mat in the bath. In all honesty I think it would be better to have a large shower cubicle rather than a bath in that space.

Central location yet very peaceful, beautiful hotel with character. Great customer service, lovely dinner and breakfast in restaurant. Comfortable and clean room with good air con and window shutters.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was clean, the bedsheets were crisp, white and clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff very helpful.

Low water pressure on the shower, and the ventilation on the bathroom was very noisy.
