The stuff was very nice, polite and professional starting from the concierge to the waiter. The room and the bathroom have a corect size, you will find all the amenities needed, also a minibar, a kettle for tee or coffee, big screen TV, even an iron and an iron board. The bed was comfy, and they were two kind of pillows. No stress for the late wakers, the room has very efficient blackout curtains. I had a fantastic dinner, the beef it's excellent and the house desert it's a must try. Concerning the breakfast, It was a typical continental one with Romanian products, but not too fancy.

The orange juice, had some trace of oranges.

Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and minibar was well stocked. The restaurant has exceptional quality food and excellent wine selection. Air conditioning worked as a charm.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge on hot days when pool is open to the general public. The desk in my room had a large screen tv on it that made it a bit impractical to work with laptop and pads.

Very helpful guy when the Jam dispenser is not working.

Dinner was very good but it is really annoying that the bell from the kitchen when food is ready is coming from the loudspeaker in a very high noise level, I consider this for such a place as very unprofessional. for the breakfast it would be nice if there would be written what it is the bowls and plates.

Unbelievably friendly staff, something that I am really not used to. Clean property, everything worked fine. I was also offered an upgraded room for being a returning customer. Complimentary drinks and deserts at the reception. No wonder they have such an incredible rating on Booking.

Don't miss dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Meat is amazing, and trust in the waiter's advice for wines! The parking place is just in the front of the hotel, in the hotel yard The hotel has a nice garden too, with a pool and a pool bar.

The upper floor rooms have only a Velux high window... It is quite claustrophobic. You cannot see anything outside, only the sky. Which could be quite disturbing, so you better avoid that rooms.
