It was a peaceful location close to forest. Room was as described, large and roomy. Beautiful balcony. The shower was awesome, very powerful. Everything was clean and well kept. The restaurant was good with relaxing outdoor terrace. Breakfast good with typical selection.

Could not control that Air-conditioning. Would only go to 24 degree C. Opened the sliding door for fresh air but porch light on and bugs came in. Talked to owner and he turned off light, but said nothing he could do for the AC. Also the Smart technology for working lights was out of since. Had to unscrew light bulb by bed to turn off. The pool Spa area very clean but the massage jets didn't work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

I enjoyed many aspects of my experience, especially the delicious food, which offered a variety of flavors and local specialties that truly showcased the region’s cuisine. The atmosphere was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I also appreciated the friendliness of the locals; their openness and hospitality added a unique charm and made the experience more memorable. Additionally, the beautiful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The room is too warm, with the temperature reaching 29°C. I had to ask the staff to turn off the heating completely, and even so, I still need to keep the window open at night to cool down the room.

We loved staying at this hotel, it’s very clean and the staff is lovely. The spa is just amazing and we have booked a massage which was very relaxing. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from Baraj Firiza where you can rent kayaks, a boat or go on a boat trip (definitely worth visiting). We will definitely come back next time.

The restaurant is closing at 9, in my opinion it would be nicer if you could sit outside with a drink for a bit longer.

We liked the cleanliness, the fact that there is a sauna and pool area, and the hot stone to lay on. We loved the breakfast foods. A great selection and having fresh fruits was wonderful. Also, we eat at the restaurant every day and the food at the restaurant was good and fresh. Huge plus for having a crib available for the baby so we didn’t need to carry ours there.

There isn’t much space around the hotel to hang out as a family with children. It seems crowded outside all the time with people constantly coming to the restaurant. Also, the restroom being part of the room is a great idea to save space but we didn’t enjoy needing to wash hands in the room while the baby was sleeping.

Location, comfort, pool and spa, food.

At the pool some facilities for hydromassage did not work and the staff was not interested about finding a solution. The dry Sauna did not work properly, it had only 40-45 degrees after 2 hours of working and the wet sauna had something brokend and was working without pause.

The location was very beautiful, right next to the woods. The room had a beautiful design, very clean and welcoming! The fresh, crisp air in the morning was my favorite part, it gives you that instant relaxed vibe and makes you feel refreshed! The food was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come back for more!

After spending 5 days at the hotel and eating / drinking at the restaurant every night, on the last night, whereas it was my birthday, the manager refused us to bring one specific bottle of champagne coming from my friends to celebrate. We found it totally petty and non commercial. Too bad that the manager is not up to her staff.

Perfect from all points of view . Nice location , impeccable serving , tasty traditional food , beautiful spa . The room was so clean that you could eat from the floor . The reception guy was very helpful and polite .
