I absolutely adored everything about this property! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the center. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. I want to give a special shoutout to Georgina, who was invaluable in arranging a ride for me to Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Alexandra, who was incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. Being just a few steps away from fantastic restaurants was a definite plus. Additionally, the central business district was conveniently only about 1km away, easily accessible by foot. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish. I can't wait to return! 🥰

The hotel Urban is situated in the city-center direct in the near of the marketplace. Parking is possible in front of the hotel and at the courtyard. There is enough space for all cars. The nice breakfast room is at the ground floor with a view onto the lively street. The breakfast is European/Easteuropean and it is very good. The room is modern with a nice and also modern bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The hotel Urban is a good starting point to visit the wooden churches, the funny cemetery in Sapanta and the monastery in B.. Thanks for a good time in hotel Urban.

There was no equipment to cook a coffee.

Great location next to the old city. The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and pretty new / renovated. There was a parking in the yard.

One small but annoying thing - when I look for hotel rooms, I always filter out those without A/C since I always use it. Here they had A/C, but they didn't give us the remote since they said it is not required yet since the weather is not warm yet. We didn't like it, plus on the first day it was too warm even with the window open. Since everything else was really great, we still liked it and recommend it

We liked the clean new hotel and rooms. Everything world well and was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The staff were flexible in settings up a bed for our 7 year old son. The location is great and is walking distance to the old town attractions.

Our room 301 had only one small window. We would have liked two room keys so that one person could stay in the room with the power on while another could run an errand.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel staff was very nice and the premises and the room very clean. The breakfast had plenty of choices already displayed and kitchen orders are also available. The location was perfect for our short stay since it's right in the center and it was easy to find decent restaurants around. Free parking was available, the room had a small fridge (without freezer) and air conditioning.

We loved the location & how it was a 1 minute walk to Baia Mare city center! The staff (especially, Kristiana & Andrea) were all AMAZING! The hotel is exceptionally clean, too! We also loved the included breakfast & how the hotel does provide lunch & dinner for a discount.

The only thing we didn’t really like was that there was no air conditioning in the lobby & breakfast area & all hallways.

The hotel is right in the centre of the city, perfect location, very new and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed on the third floor, which gets a bit too hot even in May but the air conditioning worked really well. Good breakfast (served from 8 am during the weekend) and they have also recently opened a restaurant which unfortunately is not open during the weekend yet so we didn't get to eat there (maybe next time!).

Nice new hotel, great location, excellent staff and very good amenities. I would definitely come back here. 100 meters from the old city center with lots of restaurants, clubs and anything you would like. Not too many stores around for midnight shopping - and the only one open, about 200 meters away, would only take cash. Other than that minute detail... the perfect stay.

We returned to this hotel for a third stay in the past couple of years. The staff is friendly, the room is pretty nice and the breakfast is pretty good.

We didn't manage to get any kind of late check-out, not even an hour or so. The only late check-out option was if paying for an extra night. This was quite disappointing, but it is what it is...

- very good location, in the old town - very nice, welcoming and helpful ladies in the reception with very good suggestions for food and attractions - places to park the car right in front of the hotel ( they have a private parking, as well, in the back) -a beautiful, spotless room - good bed, comfortable pillows - very good breakfast with a lot of interesting and tasty options
