The stuff was very polite and helpful. Also, the location was close to the city centre, and there was a covered parking lot, which was great considering that it was raining and freezing outside. The room was very clean, and the bathroom as well. It was great having a bathtub after the long walk in the freezing winter.

The bedsheets were not fresh. They were not properly washed and cleaned. The food that was supposed to be warm was not. Also not very fresh. And considering it was winter, the terrace where the breakast was served was pretty cold.

The location was good, it was calm. Breakfast was amazing with various dishes and beverages. The fact that the venue had parking was exceptional, as well as elevator in case you are bringing a lot of luggage. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Overall, if I happen to visit Baia Mare again, this would be my go-to location.

Very nicely decorated room, with a grate view, confortable big bed and a grate spacious bathroom. Gorgeous towels. Very clean. Divers and tasty breakfast. Sweet and helpful staff.

Even though it’s written they will change the towels only if they lay on the floor, so to spare the environment for too much laundry, they change the towels every day. But you can ask at the reception to have them changed less frequently 😊

Very good value for money. A cheap option with good facilities for the price. Breakfast included and free parking for less than 50€ per night. Also, it helps that there is a restaurant down.

Baia Mare is a dull and empty city, so the area is not the most enjoyable. Also, you might hear your neighbours early in the morning.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in Romania so far. Best value for money! The breakfast is awesome! I am writing this review just as I had finished eating because of how great and cheap this hotel is!

Everything was top notch!

The hotel is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. From the restaurant/fast-food downstairs to toiletries, mini fridge, hairdryer, etc. Shops are really close. 3-5 minutes walk.

A bit far from the city center by foot if this is the intent of the visit. Maybe the parking. Is really hard to park if you arrive late.

we stayed during a weekend and they had a wedding party. we could not sleep all night although the room was on the upper floor. please more caring about the breakfast buffet, staff os not refilling the food trays permanently

I liked where is the hotel located, not so far away from city center. The room in the hotel was quite good. Very nice and friendly staff there.

When I came back from city center at the hotel during my first night it was a wedding/party, and I slept less hours.

booked the room with the tub, i liked the design a lot!

the only problem is that the stones around the bath are quite smelly and the surface they are placed on is quite nasty as there accumulates water which can really not be cleaned cause of the stones.

The location was central and had stores nearby, the room was spacious and clean. It was good value for the cost

Ordering room service in English was extremely difficult but we got there eventually. The walls between the rooms were thin, I stayed 2 nights and the neighbours changed and both were very noisy.
