very good breakfast, suggestions: more seasonal, local fruits are needed, the salad was a little dry. Please get better meats to cook, not just hot dogs/ cremvusti

the hotel rooms are becoming outdated and not properly maintained: one room didn't have cold water, the shower was defective. Another the fridge was leaking on the carpet. in another the air conditioner made lots of rattling noises. For 5 stars and the price I paid for a room I would expect no disappointments or problems.

The hotel is in the center, close to everything. We arrived late and the stuff was welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, Breakfast was very satisfying. They even provided a nice corner and glasses to celebrate the other couple anniversary, even so there was a football match a lot of people were seated to watch.

We had no complains.

Although it was not a touristic period and the hotel was almost empty, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well placed near the park, has an elegant architecture and the room was confortable.

Spa was closed but, since the hotel was empty in this period, it was acceptable

Rooms are very big, nice, clean, comfortable beds. Food was good, staff nice.

I would not classify it as a 4 star hotel. The hairdryer in the room didn't work. In the lobby and breakfast room it was freezing, and we were there with a small child . We were charged 2 times for the same room , we were guests there, our host paid the day before and we also paid before leaving, but nobody said anything at the reception...

we visited the place for 2 weekend nights; the first was perfect, the second was extremely noisy from the events taking place in the restaurant on the first floor; totaly unacceptable for a 5 star hotel; luckily the events were silenced at midnight

The design of the room had a very pleasing effect. The soundproofing was good - there was a wedding celebration but it did not disturb us at all. There was a choice of very good quality products at breakfast, including Sereno ham and smoked salmon.

Build like a proper 5 stars hotel. Still the best hotel in Bistrita, but…

Stayed here multiple times since the opening. Even gave them 10 score. Current hotel is a shadow of what used to be. No swimming pool (under repair since one year), no buffet for breakfast, TV remote control not working (obsolete TV!).. No wonder I was the only guest (or so)…

I absolutely loved my stay at Metropolis!!! From reception desk staff to Restaurant manager (Thank you Anca and the rest of the staff), Metropolis did their absolute best to accommodate my needs!! Such a professional manner to approach everything that I can't recommend it enough!!!! I will surely be back, Thank you a million for being so nice!!!

For us, all was BRILLIANT!! Nothing wrong, no faults.

The room was extremely warm with no option to use the AC to reduce the temperature as it was centrally set to heat. To the hotel's credit I was given an alternative room which was better, but it was still warmer than I would have preferred

For a five-star hotel , it's embarrassing that clients have to ask staff to provide food when dishes are empty. Breakfast very simple and not diversified. Compared to five years ago, the breakfast "level" is much much lower. That's the only drawback of the hotel. You must improve immediately this.
