- Our room had very small windows, a characteristic of traditional Transylvanian architecture, which limited natural light and the views. - The pillow options were not ideal for all preferences; a better selection, including smaller, lower pillows, would be appreciated.

This hotel is perfect on every level. From the amazing staff, the lovely room design, and the gorgeous and relaxing spa. Every little detail is thought through perfectly. Beyond that, the location is simply stunning overlooking the mountains. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I genuinely hope to come back here one day!

Absolutely on top of the world at this hotel - the views in every direction are stunning. We lucked into perfect weather which made it even better. Obviously for this quality of hotel and amenities, it's a splurge, but this was definitely a highlight of our road trip through Romania! Once we got to hotel, it was nothing but relaxation - a dip in the pool with floor to ceiling windows, a (local) sparkling wine on the patio, delicious breakfast and dinner outside. Charming room with a door that can be opened in shower for a nearly outdoor show experience. Comfortable. Designed with so much stone, wood, and natural materials. Loved this hotel!

No complaints! It's a rough, slow road to get to the hotel, but just take your time, enjoy the views - it's worth the climb!

Gorgeous location, recently renovated to the highest standards. Pure luxury.

The hotel advertises its (beautiful!) spa. It's clearly stated everywhere that children are only allowed in until 4pm. This rule is not being enforced. The spa is not a relaxing area. Even if it's pointed out on multiple occasions to staff that young children are running around screaming in the spa long after 4pm they will not intervene, even let additional families in the spa in the evening and not even offer an apology for the disturbance. The spa also does not seem to be cleaned up during the day. If you come after 4pm there are used slippers and towels lying around everywhere.

The location is exceptional, and the architecture is so well designed that whether you’re at the table, the bar, or the pool, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. An excellent location. To be on the safe side, it’s best to go with a 4x4 vehicle—we were lucky with the weather. The staff was very welcoming. The food was excellent. We enjoyed every day with nature walks and fresh air. We will definitely return.

I would have liked a play area for children, but maybe they will improve this in the future.

The most beautiful location in Romania! I had a unique experience with a wonderful view, from any angle you can see the mountains: on one side Piatra Craiului on the other Bucegii. A clean 10/10, super atmosphere, delightful views, welcoming and kind people, impeccable service and superb accommodation. I found here a comfortable home, relaxation at the highest level and sparkling cleanliness. The menu could be more diversified (at least for a pescatarian like me), otherwise the food was delicious.

Absolutely amazing hotel, in a beautiful, secluded location with wonderful views of the mountains. Everything is brand new, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help and accommodate our requests. The room is very spacious. I particularly loved that the traditional architecture and decor, and the spa was absolutely wonderful and impeccably clean. Can't wait to come back!

The food wasn’t very tasty for me. I expected so much more. My guess is the restaurant has no chef cooking live, possible the food is precooked and the appetisers are served in the morning as breakfast and during the day as starters.

The staff was excellent the view was fabulous the whether good.

The entres to the hotel by car was sometimes slow and with no answer. The menu was boring after 2 days. Same same. We had one day an intrusion to our villa that left a lot of ugly dirt.

Fantastic place: 360 degrees of a view on the mountains. We lived in a villa, with jacuzzi and panoramic terrace. For my opinion this hotel is the best in all Romania. We enjoyed of every moment. Good staff, restaurant is wonderful, zones of lounge in the hotel are panoramic and comfortable. Good breakfast. The fitness centre is 👍.
