Fantastic stay! The room was incredibly spacious and offered an amazing view of the slopes. The breakfast was fair, with a good variety of options. The pool was big and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Plenty of parking spots and the shuttle service to the slopes was really convenient. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the slow elevators, which required a lot of waiting time.

Very very clean, nice staff, food is average, the swimming pool is clean and heated . Saunas are ok. The location is perfect, 10 mins walk to centre and ski slopes.

No kettle in the standard room, tho’ the price is quite up, no socket next to bed, no mini bar in the room. The mattress seems to be old, not vert comfortable. The bar from the swimming pool was closed everytime I went in there, perhaps there is a schedule I did not see.

The SPA is just perfect. Better than Alpin Resort. Pool is warm and all facilities in the SPA are great. The appartement is located above the city and the view is beautiful. There is AC in the room, although didn't use it. Restaurant has few options, but tasty and with good prices. Try the cocktails at the bar...

I asked for an additional bed, but there was only a couch, which is very very small (140cm long) and they didn't prepare the sheets. I used an armchair to make the bed longer... Second day the room was not cleaned and I had to ask to get it done the next day. Unusual for a 4 stars hotel.

I was very pleased to see the difference in cleanliness and services from our last stay at this hotel. (and looked like they treated their fellows expats with some more respect than our last stay) it took us a while to come back after our last experience but I am happy we gave it another try!

The staff was very nice. Everybody treated us more than satisfactorily. The food was good as well, portions pretty big. Pool also nice.

The hotel is clearly outdated. A not-so-big investment would raise this hotel back on its feet. Repainting, making sure that all the mold or the deteriorated doors and heaters would place this establishment back at the top of the Poiana Brasov Hotels.

The hotel is amazing and they have great facilities. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel because the first time I enjoyed so much that I had to get back. The room is huge and the viewing to the ski mountain is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly, specially the ski bus driver that was so kind e helpful. I would highlight recommend the hotel.

10 mins walk to the slopes which after a long day of skiing felt tedious to walk up hill. minor issue and made up for the nice hotel ambiance

The rooms were spacious and the balcony was really nice. The hotel is clean. Very good breakfast. The spa complex is good. The shuttle service to and from the ski resort must be specified. The driver is charming and you usually don't wait more than 5 minutes for pickup. Three minutes drive to the ski lift.

It was very disappointing that the jacuzzi didn't work. After skiing it is very important. I realized that it has not been operating for over two years and it should have been updated on the website

Great hotel, good location. Comfortable rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows, cleanliness on the level, daily cleaning. Good varied breakfast buffet. Excellent spa area, saunas, and large swimming pool. You can dine in the hotel restaurant, quite reasonable prices compared to other places in Poiana Brasov.

Pretty weak internet, at times it didn't work at all.

The indoor pool was great The food from the restaurant was good The staff from the hotel was very nice..from the reception,the restaurant and the housekeepers they were all very friendly The bed was confortable

Wifi very weak in our room…it was ok in the pool the restaurant and the bar Maybe offer hot chocolate for the kids for breakfast Old door in the bathroom..it didnt close well and it should be replaced
